Arrow 48 Millionaires on the 4 Flights of 9/11 and STILL counting!

Was there a New Identity Program, which was being sold to rich people who were part of the syndicate, who then played the role of 9/11 Passengers?
By Phil Jayhan

**Scroll to the last post in this thread to see the updated list of Millionaires on the 4 Flights of 9/11:

This is starting to be so apparent it is a wonder so many 9/11 researchers never really connected all the dots. I think we can summarize several threads research like this; Categories of "Carefully prepared Aliases" of the 4 flights;

From the looks of our investigation into the passengers of the 4 flights, and those who missed their flights, on 9/11 we have found 30 people who are millionaires! And we have only checked out about 90 passengers out of 265! We will find many more! What are the odds of this? What are the odds of finding so much concentrated wealth on these particular 4 flights on September 11th, 2001? It certainly isn't implausible to now ask the question; Were some of the passengers offered a new life for a price? Did some of these passengers opt out for high priced ticket to paradise? It certainly isn't as implausible as one might imagine when you start looking at the facts. We have 4 groups of people whose planes are not accounted for and still missing. They had to have gone somewhere, because they couldn't have gone nowhere. There is absolutely no doubt we will find a lot more millionaires on these 4 flights of 9/11. What are the odds? And why so many millionaires? USA Today has already printed the retracted the lie for what happened on Flight 93, and they say that all of the heroics we were told happened, simply did not happen! There was no passenger uprising. There was no rushing of the hijackers. There was no "lets roll." Never happened! Read the LA article above for yourselves.

And we know now that not only did Flight 93 NOT crash in Shanksville, but that it landed in Cleveland with a bomb aboard, and also was carrying the passengers from Flight 77, from its "second boarding" on the tarmac; So is it implausible to ask the question, did the high priced tickets to nowhere on Flight 93 perhaps cost a little extra because they would go down as hero's according to the script written? I believe it is not only plausible they were selling new identities to rich people who wanted to check out into a 'new life' but that is is probable. I also believe that it is plausible to believe that the tickets on the hero flight would cost a little bit more, riding off into the sunset as a world hero!!

Some of these people we will have to make the best judgment we are able to, as to regards their wealth. For instance, when someone is the Chief Executive Officer and the COO Chief Operating Officer of a 300 million dollar corporation, he is a millionaire. That's a value judgment. Yet I am finding with the vast majority of the millionaires of the 4 flights, that it is pretty darned obvious they are millionaires or better.

I hope all of you will help in this research so we can arrive at the total number of millionaires on the 4 flights of 911 ASAP!

Enjoy the story below!
Phil

1. Criminal Planners of 911 - many of them were aboard Flight 77
2. People who were dead, and put on the passenger lists (Small#)
3.
People who flew these flights regularly, but didn't that day, and were included on the passenger lists. ( 2 people) That I am aware of anyways.
4. People who purchased new identities through the "9/11 New identity Program"
5. Children and Parents/Chaperones who were one single small control group. [National Geographics tour, 3 students, 3 teachers, and 2 Nat Geo people] Families were all friends, lived in adjacent homes on the same compound, etc.
6. Simple passengers [? ? ?]

I am not sure but think that is all the categories. For now anyway. We also have a high concentration of extreme wealth or fame in the people of;

1. David Angell - Producer of Frasier and a (multi-millionaire) (Flight 11)
2. Dan Lewin BILLIONAIRE [Citation needed] Co-founder of Akaimi Technologies (Flight 11)
3.
Seth McFarlane
(Missed Flight 93) - Worth over 100 million
4. Marky Mark Walhburg (Missed Flight 93) (Millionaire)
5. Eric Hartono - Son of Sam Hartono - Stole millions from Indonesian bank. (Sams 20 year old son, Eric was a passenger on flight 175) Sam Hartono had at least 10 US Million seized from the Indonesian Government after he fled the law: Indonesian link, non english: (Son of a multi-millionaire)

8. Barbara Olson, A sometimes talking head for CNN, Barbara Olson was married to Ted Olson, who was Solicitor General of the U.S. at the time of the attacks; She allegedly called her husband from a cell phone from flight 77.
Barbara & Ted Olson would certainly fit into the millionaire category. (Flight 77)
9. Alan Beaven Flight 93: Environmental lawyer Alan Beaven arranged to take Flight 93 on 9/11 the day before (Millionaire & Had an environmental Law firm on four continents, and also did work for Scotland Yard.) (Flight 93)
10. Mark Bingham Flight 93: President of The Bingham Group: (Millionaire) (Flight 93)

---How can Alan Beaven arrange to fly on flight 93 the day before 9/11? Flight 93 was not even created until about 2 hours before it flew on 9/11.
  • Flight 77: Barbara Olson, who flew on Flight 77 on 9/11, was originally "scheduled to fly to Los Angeles on the night of Sept. 10," but "changed her schedule"
  • Flight 77: Of the four attendants on this plane, at least two were not originally scheduled to be on it.
  • Flight 93 Seth Macfarlane: He occasionally speaks at universities and colleges throughout the United States. A recent deal signed with The Fox Broadcasting Company, reportedly worth $100 million, has made MacFarlane the highest-paid television writer and producer in history. He resides in Beverly Hills, where he purchased a $13.5 million home.[4] Supporting Link:

More Strangeness about Flight 91 & Flight 93:

Something Strange
about Flight 93

Were any of the passengers supposed to be on the flight?
Original URL: http://team8plus.org/e107_plugins/co....php?content.8

23 (and counting) of the 44 people on Flight 93 were not supposed to be on the flight that day. Is this really just a coincidence?

By FrankL August 2002, (reviewed 2005 thanks to Brad)
Before beginning, I would like to express my deepest sympathy for anyone who lost loved ones on Sept 11th. Writing this piece has been particularly disturbing as it involved the reading the fine details of stories told by relatives of the people on the planes.

Too Much Bad Luck?

Many people have asked questions about the small number of passengers on each of the hijacked planes on Sept 11th, each flight was on average a quarter full. Flight 93 in particular had a very small load on board, only forty four people in total, including four suspected hijackers. Thirty seven passengers (excluding crew) on a plane that holds around two hundred people would make you wonder how an airline could possibly make a profit on such a flight. The mainstream press have speculated that this was careful planning by the hijackers, booking into flights that were already under booked so as to reduce the likelihood of confrontation with other passengers.

Someone pointed out to me the large number of people who were only on the flights 'by chance'. There are numerous stories about people who originally planned to take another flight but decided to take the opportunity to get home early and so on. I originally dismissed this as being coincidence since there didn't appear to be enough of them to be significant.

However, on further examination of the stories of the flight 93 passengers I found something quite startling. The following table details all the passengers and crew that were on this flight by chance - mostly moving from other flights. There are some, like Alan Beaven who were reluctantly called out to last minute meetings.

1. Christine Snyder.

Snyder wanted to build up frequent flier miles on her United account. That morning, she called to check on her flight, Flight 91, due to leave after 9 a.m. She moved up to Flight 93 for an earlier start. http://www.post-gazette.com/headline...ainstoryp7.asp

2. Deora Bodley

She was supposed to take United Flight 91, but decided the night before to take one an hour earlier
so she could get home sooner to her family and boyfriend http://www.thereview.com/Site%20Arch...922apwire.html

3. Donald Peterson.

They weren't supposed to be on United Flight 93, but they got to the Newark airport early, and their original flight was late and crowded. http://www.hazlitt.org/united/whotheywere2.html

4. Jean Peterson

5. Jeremy Glick.

Jeremy Glick was supposed to have been on Flight 93 a day earlier, but missed the Monday flight after getting stuck in traffic on his way to Newark Airport. http://www.msnbc.com/news/632626.asp

6. Lauren Grandcolas

Originally scheduled on a later flight, she had been pleasantly surprised to easily get a standby seat on Flight 93 at the airport. http://www.msnbc.com/news/632626.asp

7. Louis Nacke.

Some of the passengers had never planned to be on the flight. Nacke had booked his seat only the night before. Out to dinner with his family, he had a received a phone call from one of his customers who needed help with an inventory problem. http://www.msnbc.com/news/632626.asp

8. Mark Bingham.

Mark Bingham, 31, was also supposed to have flown to San Francisco last Monday. But he hadn't recovered sufficiently from the 30th birthday celebration of his roommate in Manhattan,
so he decided to wait until Tuesday morning. He overslept a 6 a.m. alarm and just made his flight http://www.the-review.com/Site%20Arc...922apwire.html

9. Alan Beavan.

Alan Beaven of Oakland, bCalif., was on Flight 93 reluctantly. He was staying with his wife and young daughter at an ashram in New York, preparing to begin a year volunteering as head lawyer for the Syda Foundation in Bombay. Yet, the environmental attorney had unfinished business one
last Clean Water Act lawsuit for his firm before his trip overseas. When settlement talks broke down last Monday, Beaven was duty-bound to fly back to San Francisco to handle
the case. http://www.the-review.com/Site%20Arc...922apwire.html

10. Nicole Miller.

Nicole Miller's flight last Monday had also been cancelled. The 21-year-old college student and waitress at a Chili's in San Jose had gone back East at the urging of her boyfriend, who wanted her with him when he visited his family. Because she had agreed to go at the last minute, Miller and her boyfriend had to make return reservations on different flights. http://www.thereview.com/Site%20Arch...922apwire.html

11. Thomas Burnett.

Like Bodley, Thomas Burnett was leaving New Jersey early to be with his family. The 38-year-old San Ramon, Calif., resident was supposed to have flown out that afternoon on Delta, but switched to Flight 93 to get home to his wife, Deena, and their three daughters. http://www.thereview.com/Site%20Arch...922apwire.html

D. Keith Grossman, president of Thoratec Corp., of Pleasanton, Calif., was
in Cleveland to meet Deitrick and ask what his company could do to help. Grossman said he could
do no less. One victim on the flight was his employee and close friend, Tom Burnett. "We were both in New York that day," Grossman said. "He was supposed to go home on Flight 91 later in the day, but he switched it to get on Flight 93." http://clevessf.dev.advance.net/911/...560150570.html

12. Jason Dahl
(Pilot).

Dahl was planning to take his wife Sandy to London for their fifth wedding anniversary Sept. 14, and by moving up his flight schedule, they would have more time together overseas. Sandy, a United flight attendant, went onto United's computer system and shifted him to Flight 93. http://flight93.org/post-gazette-10-28.html

13. Wanda Green.

Wanda Green wasn't originally supposed to be on Flight 93. The 49-year-old divorced mother of two grown children had been scheduled to fly Sept. 13, but Green, who also worked as a real estate agent, realized she had to handle the closing of a home sale Sept. She'd phoned her best friend, fellow flight attendant Donita Judge, who opened United's computerized schedule and shifted Green to the Sept. 11 flight. http://www.post-gazette.com/headline...ainstoryp7.asp

14. Deborah Welsh.

Welsh, who had been a flight attendant for more than 25 years, usually avoided early-morning flights, but she had agreed to trade shifts with another worker. http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm..._heroes02.html

15. Honor Elizabeth Wainio.

Since she was scheduled on a flight that stopped in Denver, Colorado, she changed her reservations to a direct flight into San Francisco at the last minute. Wainio was able to borrow a phone from a fellow passenger and contact her stepmother during the attack. http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honor_Elizabeth_Wainio

16. Georgine Rose Corrigan

She was returning from a series of business and personal trips. She was not scheduled to take flight 93 but decided to leave early to return for a trade show. http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgine_Rose_Corrigan

17. Toshiya Kuge.

Toshiya was a second-year student in the science and engineering school at Waseda University, in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. According to relatives, he left Japanon August 29 and had planned to return Wednesday, September 12, 2001 http://www.unitedheroes.com/Toshiya-Kuge.html

18. Patricia Cushing.

Mr. Hasenei said the family printed out maps to help Mrs. Cushing get around San Francisco. She had planned to return to her home in Bayonnenext week. baltimore sun

19. Jane Folger.

She was travelling with Patricia Cushin. http://www.unitedheroes.com/Patricia...ne-Folger.html

20. LORRAINE BAY

A 37-year United veteran, she had chosen Flight 93 over another flight because it was nonstop
http://www.unitedafa.org/res/o/911/m...rraine_bay.htm

21. SANDY BRADSHAW

Married US Airways pilot Phil Bradshaw cut her flights to the bare minimum -- two two-day trips a
month from Newark to San Francisco or to Los Angeles. She was in economy because she'd picked up Flight 93 late in the planning. Ordinarily, she liked working first class. It was a good fit with her gregarious ways. http://www.werismyki.com/articles/one_destiny.html

22. TODD BEAMER

They returned home on Monday, Sept. 10, at 5 p.m. While Beamer could have left that night for a Tuesday business meeting in California, he wanted to spend time with his sons and his wife, who is due
in January with their third child. www.post-gazette.com/headlines/20011028flt93beamerbiop8.asp

23. LEROY HOMER,

It's been a year since that day I saw your name scroll on the TV, listed as one of the victims of the terrorist hijackings. I couldn't believe my eyes, I felt a hole open in my soul, I couldn't fathom that
you were gone from this Earth. I remember I had told Jackie that the chances of you flying that day were slim, and that you'd be OK. I was wrong. http://www.af.mil/news/airman/0902/homer.html

24. Edward Porter Felt

He was on a last minute business trip to San Francisco for BEA Systems. Another employee of BEA Systems, Kenneth W. Basnicki was visiting the World Trade Center for a conference and died in the attack.

There are numerous stories like this for passengers on the other flights - including Barbara Olson, wife of US Solicitor General Theodore Olson, but it appears to be Flight 93 which has the most significant number.

This could still be nothing more than a series of coincidences, but on further investigation, there appears to be more to this story than is being revealed by the press.

What Happened to Flight 91?

Several of the people mentioned above were originally supposed to be on another flight - Flight 91, scheduled for 9 a.m. According to the stories above, they arrived early at the airport and got standby tickets on Flight 93 - although flight 93 was delayed and didn't take off until around 8:42 anyway.

Looking for more details on Flight 91 I found the following site:
http://rsjames.com/newsletters/2001/...2001-13-14.txt

Here is the significant portion:

You had posted a few e-mails last month about flight 91 and 93. I have a friend who was the pilot of flight 91. The reason they changed flights was, when the flight crew boarded and started to prepare for
flight, my friend had noticed a crack in the windshield, so they grounded the plane.

They took the passengers and put them on flight 93, but not the crew members, that flight crew was saved.

This means that a number of people (possibly all the passengers on board) were removed from Flight 91 and put on Flight 93. If this is the case - just how many people were actually booked onto Flight 93 in the first place? Was it an exclusive flight just for the hijackers? Why was it this flight in particular that had so many phone calls?

Another significant point about Ziad Jarrah - supposed pilot of Flight 93. Nowhere on the Internet does it mention Jarrah booking or purchasing a ticket on Flight 93. On the indictment against Moussaoui it mentions most of the other hijackers purchasing their tickets but not Jarrah.

Was Ziad Jarrah actually booked onto Flight 91 and moved onto Flight 93. Is this why the phone calls mentioned only three hijackers?

If anyone has an explanation for this - conventional or otherwise, or any further information - please email me at -email-

There are a other pieces of weirdness about this flight:

Mark Bingham phoned his mother and said, "Hi Mom, This is Mark Bingham"

I don't care how stressed you are - you never phone your mother and give her your full name See also: Flight 93: Index of Whar Really Happened

ONE MOST-WANTED CORRUPTION FUGITIVE DOWN, MORE TO GO

Paras Indonesia - January, 18 2006An Indonesian banker who fled the country a few weeks prior to being sentenced to eight years in jail for embezzling Rp1.27 trillion ($139 million) has been arrested in the US and handed over to Indonesian authorities.

Following a request from the Indonesian government, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) located David Nusa Wijaya alias Ng Tjuen Wie (44), the former boss of now-defunct Bank Umum Sertivia, in Los Angeles on January 13.

A statement from the US Embassy in Jakarta said Wijaya was brought back to Indonesia on Tuesday (17/1/06) by FBI and Indonesian police officials.

“The United States government is pleased to be of assistance to Indonesia in this matter. The US government understands that returning fugitives and stolen assets from abroad in corruption cases is a top law enforcement priority in Indonesia, and looks forward to cooperating with Indonesia in other cases in the future,” said the embassy statement.

After arriving in Jakarta at 12.30pm, Wijaya was taken to National Police headquarters for interrogation. In addition to his corruption conviction, he is likely to now face charges of fleeing justice, although he might be able to avoid this by threatening to name some of the senior officials who allegedly facilitated his escape. He was due to be formally handed over to the Attorney General’s Office on Wednesday afternoon and then taken to East Jakarta’s Cipinang jail to begin serving his sentence.

Legal Charades
Bank Umum Sertivia was one of many domestic banks that received Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) funds at the height of the regional economic crisis over 1997-98. About 95% of the Rp144.5 trillion ($16.8 billion) pumped into the banks was misused.

On March 11, 2002, West Jakarta District Court sentenced Wijaya to a mere one year in jail for his staggering misuse of BLBI funds. The court argued the light sentence was justified because of Wijaya’s “good behavior” and that it was necessary to give him a chance to raise the Rp1.27 trillion that he had promised to repay to the state.

Wijaya remained free pending appeal, so the Attorney General’s Office imposed a one-year travel ban on him on July 5, 2002.

The tycoon filed his first appeal to Jakarta High Court, but judges there on August 12, 2002, increased his sentence to four years behind bars. He then appealed to the Supreme Court, where judges on July 23, 2003, further increased the sentence to eight years.

But by that time Wijaya’s travel ban had already been expired for more than two weeks and was not extended by the Attorney General’s Office. According to the Immigration Office, Wijaya had left Indonesia shortly after the ban expired.

As the relevant ancillary of the Attorney General’s Office, the West Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office was required to execute the Supreme Court’s verdict by sending Wijaya to jail. But the prosecutor’s office claimed it did not receive an official copy of the verdict until July 28, 2004 – more than one year after the sentence had been handed down and the felon had long flown the coop.

The Supreme Court claimed the extremely late delivery of the verdict was due to a mere “administrative shortcoming” because of personnel changes involving clerks dealing with Wijaya’s case files.

The pathetic charade continued in August 2004, when hapless prosecutors showed up at Wijaya’s house, delivered a letter ordering him to begin serving his sentence, and expressed optimism he had not fled the country.

There was strong speculation that Wijaya had initially fled to Singapore, which does not have an extradition agreement with Indonesia. The two nations last year held a series of talks aimed at forging such a treaty, so that Indonesia can bring crooked tycoons and their ill-gotten wealth back to the country. Attorney General Abdul Rahman Saleh last week accused Singapore of delaying the pact by insisting that it be signed later this year as part of a general security agreement.

In addition to Singapore and the US, Wijaya was also rumored to have spent time in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Australia while on the run.

National Police chief General Sutanto said Wijaya had first gone to Singapore and later moved to San Francisco, where he had recently faced immigration problems.

''He was given two choices. The first was for him to go through the legal process in the US and then be deported, while the second was to voluntarily undergo the legal process in Indonesia. He eventually chose the latter,'' said Sutanto.

Yudhoyono Pleased
The arrest of Wijaya is a major victory in President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s war on corruption. The president on Tuesday hailed the US government’s decision to hand over an Indonesian corruption fugitive and urged other countries to follow suit.

"I am grateful to the friendly country that helped David Nusa Wijaya be brought to justice," he said.

"This is exiting news and I hope the other graft fugitives who fled abroad will do the same by returning the state assets and money to the people," he added.

Deputy Attorney General for intelligence Basrief Arief, who heads an integrated team that was formed to track down Indonesia’s 13 most-wanted graft fugitives, was equally jubilant. "Thanks be to God we arrested David Nusa Wijaya in the US and he arrived in Indonesia at 12.30pm on a Thai Airways flight," he was quoted as saying by detikcom online news portal.

Yudhoyono called on the remaining 12 fugitives to immediately give themselves up and return their ill-gotten gain to the state.

"I ask that other friendly countries be cooperative and give their support to facilitate the return of 12 Indonesian citizens who have been found guilty or fled before their cases were settled,” he said.

Fugitives
Following is look at some of Indonesia's top corruptors still at large:

  • Eddy Tanzil: Sentenced in 1994 to 20 years in jail for his role in a $620 million corruption case involving state-owned Bank Bapindo. He walked out of the jail in 1995 after allegedly bribing wardens and is now believed to be living in China.
  • Bambang Sutrisno: Former vice president of now-defunct Bank Surya, convicted of embezzling Rp1.5 trillion, sentenced to life imprisonment, now apparently living in Singapore.
  • Andrian Kiki Ariawan: Former president director of now-defunct Bank Surya, convicted of embezzling Rp1.5 trillion, sentenced to life imprisonment, now apparently living in Singapore.
  • Samadikun Hartono: Former president director of now-defunct Bank Modern, convicted of embezzling Rp169 billion, sentenced to four years in jail, whereabouts unknown.
  • Sudjiono Timan: Former president director of state-owned investment company PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia, sentenced to 15 years in jail in connection with a Rp1.1 trillion corruption case involving the channeling of state funds to former dictator Suharto’s cronies. Believed to be in Singapore.
  • Maria Pauline Lumowa: Boss of PT Gramarindo Mega Indonesia and suspected mastermind of the embezzlement of Rp1.7 trillion from state-owned Bank Negara Indonesia through the issuance of allegedly fictitious letters of credit over December 2002 to July 2003. She fled to Singapore before trial.
  • Irawan Salim: Former president director of Bank Global, suspected of involvement in the issuance of fictitious loans and bonds worth at least Rp830 billion. Fled Indonesia in December 2004, just days before his bank was closed. Rumored to have gone to Singapore, Canada or Europe.

Spoiler:
Indonesia wins one in war on corruption
By Bill Guerin

JAKARTA - Indonesia has scored a major victory in the war on corruption after the return to the country of a crooked banker who fled before being sentenced in absentia to eight years in jail.

The US turned over fugitive David Nusa Wijaya to Indonesia on January 17 after he was located in Los Angeles four days earlier. The two countries do not have an extradition treaty. However,

national police chief General Sutanto, who was hand-picked last year by the president, said Wijaya had been given two choices by the police.

"The first was for him to go through the legal process in the US and then be deported, while the second was to voluntarily undergo the legal process in Indonesia," he said.

Wijaya, a 44-year-old ethnic Chinese wanted for embezzling about US$139 million, chose the latter, Sutanto said. This could suggest Wijaya believes that given time, he will find a way to escape justice yet again. However, he may find it much more difficult this time. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is talking tough on seeing such criminals brought to justice.

"I don't want any extortion, backroom deals or anything by the law enforcement people here that would create a more difficult situation for the judiciary," Yudhoyono warned, when commenting on the joint operation by Indonesian police and the US Federal Bureau of Investigation that resulted in Wijaya's capture in San Francisco.

Significantly, US assistance came less than a week after Washington praised Jakarta's arrest of suspects in the 2002 murders of two American teachers in the province of Papua. The case was the main hurdle to restoring military ties between the two countries.

Once again, as with the Papua arrests, public statements confirm the strong relationship developing between Jakarta and Washington. "I am grateful to the friendly country that helped him [Wijaya] be brought to justice," Yudhoyono said.

The US Embassy in Jakarta said in a statement: "The US government understands that returning fugitives and stolen assets from abroad in corruption cases is a top law-enforcement priority in Indonesia and looks forward to cooperating with Indonesia in other cases in the future."

Wijaya had been on the run since 2004, a few weeks before Indonesia's Supreme Court increased an earlier sentence to eight years for embezzlement in a scam linked to one of the biggest and nastiest wholesale fraud cases ever, the misuse of Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) in 1997-98.

In a related development, the owner of liquidated Bank Bira, Atang Latief alias Lau Tjin Ho, returned to Indonesia on Friday to face trial over alleged embezzlement of Rp325 billion (US$34.7 million) in BLBI.

He arrived in Jakarta from Singapore and was immediately rushed to a hospital for an undisclosed illness, according to Antara news agency. Sutanto said a ban on Latief going abroad abroad was issued in 2000 but later revoked by the immigration office.

"He went abroad because he felt he was being treated unfairly," Sutanto said. "We will try to conduct an objective legal process and assure him that his rights will be respected."

Of Rp325 billion Latief is accused of taking from the BLBI fund, Rp155 billion has been returned to the state. "Latief has taken responsibility for the remaining Rp170 billion and, most importantly, he has returned home," Sutanto said. Latief's assets in Indonesia have been transferred out of his name since he left the country.

Commander Benny Mamoto, head of the Transnational Crimes Division, said Indonesia's "improved image" among the international community had helped the recapture of fugitives. "We successfully convinced the US government about the recent improvements to our law-enforcement system, so that they were willing to surrender Wijaya to us."

The US is the first foreign country to give explicit assistance to Jakarta's hunt for fugitive criminals. It is almost certain to result in breaking the deadlock in negotiations with Singapore over an extradition agreement, an essential element in Indonesia's crusade against corruption. Wijaya initially fled to Singapore before moving on to the United States.

Out of harm's way?
Indonesia has extradition agreements only with Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand and the Philippines. Singapore has resisted such arrangements, although Jakarta has tried to negotiate a pact since 1973 and often demands that the tiny island-state cease harboring criminals and their ill-gotten gains.

Attorney General Abdul Rahman Saleh only last week accused Singapore of delaying a pact planned in December by insisting that it be inked this year as part of a Defense Cooperation Agreement between the two neighbors. Saleh, hand-picked by Yudhoyono, pledged last year to reopen an investigation into the BLBI crimes and go after fugitives abroad.

Singapore's economy depends to some extent on Indonesian cash, and Indonesians are among the biggest buyers of private real estate there. Jakarta has alleged that Indonesians have transferred illegal funds to Singapore, which has strict bank-secrecy laws and claims to have enough safeguards to prevent the country from becoming a haven for laundered funds.

Nonetheless, many Indonesians alleged to have committed crimes at home live freely in Singapore, and some have become citizens of the tiny but wealthy republic, which is a regional financial center.

Many of those on the run are living in Singapore and "if we don't have an extradition agreement, it's very difficult to catch corruptors", Saleh told a Jakarta Foreign Correspondents Club lunch.

Mother of all heists
Wijaya, the former head of Bank Umum Servitia, had been convicted of involvement in a case tied to the infamous misuse of BLBI funding. A total of about Rp140 trillion ($13.5 billion) in liquidity support, equal to more than half of the 1998-99 state budget, was dished out as a lifeline to 48 of the country's ailing banks during the 1997-99 Asian financial crisis to help them cope with mass runs against them.

The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), in a report commissioned by the House of Representatives, found that Rp138 trillion of the BLBI funds had been channeled by improper procedures and then misused by the recipient banks, mostly owned by cronies and relatives of former president Suharto.

Instead of diligently managing the funds to guarantee depositors' savings, bankers used much of the money for currency speculation, loans to affiliated business groups, and repayment of subordinated loans, securities transactions and even office costs.

Though the verdict against Wijaya was based on Bank Servitia receiving BLBI funding totaling Rp1.29 trillion, he used the funds for the interests of his own business group through Bank Sembada Arta Nugraha, another bank that he owned.

The horrendous abuse of funds was blamed firmly on weak supervision by the central Bank Indonesia (BI). At first the government refused to cover the BLBI losses, which threatened to bankrupt BI. In November 2000 the Finance Ministry and BI reached an agreement, under which the central bank would only have to cover Rp24 trillion, while the government's Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) would be responsible for the remainder.

Indonesians are still paying for the crimes of the errant bankers. The government raised funds for the BLBI using bonds for which it had to allocate trillions of rupiah every year to repay principal and interest. To finance the bonds, spending on subsidies and development programs was slashed under an austerity drive that hit the poor hard. Thousands of jobs were lost in the suspended or closed down banks.

Classic example
A brief look at Wijaya's case serves to show just how easily things went wrong when the long arm of the law was, inadvertently or deliberately, caught napping.

Although Indonesian law allows courts to order any defendant at any time to be detained to prevent him or her from absconding, many of the corrupt managed to flee prior to verdicts in their cases as they were not taken into custody while on trial or awaiting decisions on their appeals. By the time the courts had handed down a final verdict, they had absconded to escape imprisonment. Another common tactic is to plead illness. And instead of insisting on speedy prosecutions, officials continue to grant delays to court dates and issue permits for medical treatments abroad.

Prosecutors can do nothing to prevent them from fleeing as only the courts have the power to order detention of defendants during the trial process. Meantime, officials use paper chases to give them time to leave the country, despite pending jail terms.

The attorney general's office blamed bureaucratic snags for the late delivery of documents that normally get forwarded "a day or two" after a judgment is rendered. According to the law, prosecutors can only execute a verdict when they receive an "official" copy of the order from the issuing court. In Wijaya's case they got it only a year after the case closed. The Supreme Court was blamed for an administrative snafu that contributed to Wijaya's escape, as the court verdict, handed down on July 23, 2003, was received by prosecutors on July 28, 2004, long after Wijaya had fled.

Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence Basrief Arief leads a special team set up to hunt down 13 of the country's most wanted fugitives. Many of Indonesia's top white-collar criminals are still at large but Arief's official "most wanted" list is now down to 12 names with Widaya's capture. Not all of them are wanted for BLBI crimes.

Still on the loose (among many others)
Sjamsul Nursalim, former president commissioner of Bank BDNI, is one of the most notorious of the country's bad debtors. He lives in grand style in Singapore, which is hardly surprising considering his Rp37 trillion gift from BLBI through his bank makes him the second-largest recipient of BLBI after Bank Central Asia.

Samadikun Hartono is another BLBI fugitive and a former president director of Bank Modern, another bank that was closed. He was found guilty of embezzling Rp169 billion and sentenced to four years in jail; there have been no public reports of his whereabouts.

Bambang Sutrisno and Andrian Ariawan are also BLBI fugitives - they were vice president and president director, respectively, of the closed Bank Surya. Both were accused of embezzling Rp1.5 trillion and sentenced to life imprisonment. Both reportedly live in Singapore.

Sudjiono Timan, former president director of state-owned venture-capital investment company PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia, disappeared when prosecutors tried to arrest him at his home after he was sentenced to 15 years in jail. He was involved in a Rp1.1 trillion corruption case involving the channeling of state funds to Suharto's cronies. He is also thought to be in Singapore.

Set up in 1993 to facilitate national development and cooperation with foreign investors, BPUI ended up with debts of almost $1 billion and was owed hundreds of millions in outstanding loans by corruption-linked tycoons.

    16. Peter Gay - Flight 11 (Millionaire) (Flight 11)
A vice president and general manager of Raytheon Co. in Andover, Gay had been making weekly commutes to Los Angeles
to supervise development of Patriot missiles at a new California plant.

    Spoiler:

Ratheon means "light from the gods"
CEO: William H. Swanson Military contracts 2005: 9.1 Billion USD
Raytheon had an office on the 91st floor of yet suffered 0 casualties.

Raytheon had also been hit with millions of USD in fines for padding costs of equipment it sold to the U.S. military.
Raytheon also has a hush-hush subsidiary E-systems with clients such as the CIA and the NSA.

    Quote:
Raytheon means "light from the gods." The company is the maker of "Bunker Buster" bombs, Tomahawk and Patriot missiles, and manufactured the missile that killed 62 civilians in a Baghdad market in 2003. The company is a major American defense contractor and industrial corporation with core manufacturing concentrations in defense systems and defense and commercial electronics.

    Global Fortune 500 position: 294
    Ownership status: Publicly traded
    Number of employees worldwide: 80,000
Chief executive officer: William H. Swanson
    Website: http://www.raytheon.com/
    Tel: 781-522-3000
    Fax: 781-522-3001
Established in 1922, the company reincorporated in 1928 and adopted its present name in 1959. The company has around 73,000 employees worldwide and annual revenues of approximately US$20 billion. More than 90 percent of Raytheon's revenues were obtained from defense contracts and, as of 2007, it was the fifth largest defense contractor in the world, and is the fourth largest defense contractor in the United States by revenue (after Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Northrop Grumman).

About 100 Raytheon million dollar land-attack cruise missiles were lobbed at Afghanistan from U.S. Navy ships since October 7th, fifty in the opening salvo alone.

Raytheon also makes the "bunker buster" GBU- 28, a 5,000-pound bomb and missiles like the TOW, Maverick and Javelin, used in Operation Enduring Freedom. In addition to missiles, Raytheon also builds sensors and radars used on unmanned and manned reconnaissance airplanes used extensively in Afghanistan.

The company has paid millions of dollars in fines for illegal activities. In October 1994, Raytheon paid $4 million to settle government charges that it had inflated the cost of a $71.5 million radar contract. In October 1993, Raytheon paid out $3.7 million to settle U.S. government charges that it had inflated the cost of Patriot missiles. The year before the company paid out $2.75 million for overpricing missile test equipment. In March 1990, Raytheon pleaded guilty in federal court to Judge Albert Bryan, Jr. in Virginia for illegally obtaining secret Air Force budget and planning documents. The company paid a million dollars in fines. In October 1987, the Justice Department signed on to a $36 million lawsuit originally filed by a former Raytheon employee, which alleged that Raytheon submitted false claims for work done on missiles.

One of Raytheon's more secretive subsidiaries is E-Systems, whose major clients have historically been the CIA and other spy agencies like the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. An unnamed Congressional aide told the Washington Post once that the company was ''virtually indistinguishable'' from the agencies it serves. ''Congress will ask for a briefing from E- Systems and the (CIA) program manager shows up,'' the aide is quoted as saying. ''Sometimes he gives the briefing. They're interchangeable.''

Aircraft support for drug-enforcement activities become a part of E-Systems' work after it bought up Air Asia, the CIA's aircraft repair and maintenance facility in Taiwan in 1975. Until E-Systems took it over, Air Asia provided support for Air America, the CIA's covert airline that ferried arms, heroin and opium in Indo-China during the Vietnam War, according to the British reporter Christopher Robbins, who wrote the authoritative account of the airline's history in 1979.

Immediately after acquiring Air Asia, E-Systems won a contract to maintain planes for the U.S.-funded Operation Condor in Mexico. Condor monitored drug trafficking in the state of Sinaloa in the mid-1970s. A 1985 U.S. congressional study found that the contract was ''a shambles ... There are no adequate records to indicate how the funds have been and are being spent.'' The study also cited incidents of planes being used for joy rides. Peter Dale Scott and Jonathon Marshall, authors of ''Cocaine Politics,'' say that the Condor operation ''succeeded in filling the jails with hapless peasants ... but failed to arrest a single drug trafficker.''

E-Systems paid $4.2 million in 1994 to settle a lawsuit brought by Carlos Uribe, a man in El Paso, Texas, on the Mexican border. Uribe charged that an E-Systems employee, Truett Burney, accidentally murdered Uribe's wife in a hotel room when his gun went off in an adjoining room in September, 1991. Burney's lawyers said he was helping install ''top secret listening devices'' on suspected drug traffickers at the time.

E-Systems has a murky history as a military contractor also. The first time the company appeared in the news was when it was sued by the widow of an employee who was killed in a 1971 crash of an Air Force plane sent to spy on a French nuclear test.

In the early 1970s, E-Systems won the contract to install communication gear on Air Force One, the U.S. president's plane. This led to similar contracts for the heads of state of Iran, Israel, Nigeria, Malaysia, Romania and Saudi Arabia. E-Systems has since built the ''Doomsday Plane,'' an airborne command post for the Pentagon and the White House in the event of a nuclear attack.

In 1977, during the height of the ''dirty war'' in Argentina, E-Systems won a contract to supply ''Wheelbarrow'' systems -- a radio transmitter that detonates explosives by remote control -- to the Argentine police. In August 1990, E-Systems pleaded guilty to criminal charges of falsifying results on tactical field radios manufactured at its Florida factories. The company paid out almost $3 million in fines to settle the charges.

But this is not all. In addition to having an office on the 91st floor of WTC2, Raytheon had employees on every single 9/11 flight that supposedly hit the towers.

    17. Kenneth Waldie - Flight 11 (Millionaire) (Flight 11)
Kenneth Waldie was a senior quality control engineer for Raytheon’s electronic systems.
    http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2001/tra...1.victims.html

    18. David Kovalcin - Flight 11 (Millionaire) (Flight 11)
David Kovalcin was a senior mechanical engineer for Raytheon’s electronic systems.
    http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2001/tra...1.victims.html

    19. Herbert Homer - Flight 175 (Millionaire) (Flight 175)
Herbert Homer was a corporate executive working with the Department of Defense.
    http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2001/tra...5.victims.html
And for some very strange reasons he was listed for several days as having died in the while working in the Pentagon.

    20. Stanley Hall - Flight 77 (Millionaire) (Flight 77)
Stanley Hall was director of program management for Raytheon Electronics Warfare.
One Raytheon colleague calls him "our dean of electronic warfare."
    http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/...e-flight77.htm

    21. Charles S. Falkenberg:
He worked on "EOS Webster" a mapping system which provides Landsat Images, which are part of the mapping system for the Global Hawk technology.
    http://web.archive.org/web/200203020...eos/notes.html

Raytheon is working on Global Hawk piloltless aircraft program.

Now, if this is not coincidental enough for you:
What are the odds that Raytheon also had one office in the WTC2?
    (AP, 9/11/01)
    http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/background/tenants.html

It was located in 91st floor in WTC2.
Raytheon shared the floor with Washington Group and Gibbs&Hill.

While 13 employees of Washington Group died
    http://edition.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2001...r/page101.html
None died from Raytheon and Gibbs&Hill:
    http://edition.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2001...r/page101.html
This is rather surprising as after the hit of the second plane only four people survived who were above the 78th floor where the plane hit.

Not a single reply. Not one. So tell me, why am I wasting my time researching this? Finish the rest of the research yourselves. Obviously this interests none. This disgusts me to be honest. There's plenty more millionaires to be found. But why bother? Nobody seems to really give a crap, regardless of how damning to the official story this is, and how it basically proves they were selling a new identity program to select passengers. This can pretty much be proven here and already has. But I am not going to finish the research because nobody seems to give a damn. Finish it yourselves if you want to.

Until I see some real interest along with people willing to shoulder the burden of research, I quit. I'm done with 9/11. Thanks to the underwhelming support. When you can't even take the time to respond and show interest or help research, on such a hot new angle of research in 911, it's time to shut up shop & quit.. And with this lack of response, cannot justify any of my time, to bring you these findings. This is truly heartbreaking for me to see such apathy here.

If this cold hard slap across your faces doesn't wake you up, then it's simply time to shut down 9/11 and move on. You guys already made the choice by no support for such work as this. So don't blame me. I spend hundreds of hours developing research like this, publishing it, disseminating it. And nobody here can take 45 seconds and leave a response? The hell with that! Would it have killed anyone here to take 2 minutes away from chat to show support for this research, in the smallest way imaginable, leaving a simple post? Or God forbid, even shouldering the burden of research?

It's no wonder to me that all the 9/11 researchers, by and large have stopped and left and quit. You guys drove them all away by such apathy. And have only yourselves to blame.

I spent the last 3 days LITERALLY BEGGING PEOPLE in "letsroll chat" to respond to this work. To show some interest. I begged over & over & over & over again, till I was blue in my face. Sorry to have interrupted chat so many times. And I got "no" response. Well, here's my response to your lack of any response. I QUIT!

GO FOLLOW MIKE RIVERO & ALEX JONES! THEY STILL HAVE TONS OF ENERGY IN CLAIMING COMMERCIAL AIRLINERS HIT THE PENTAGON AND THE WORLD TRADE CENTER! I wonder why? It appears we finally have our answer on the why.

You guys drive away all the good, hard working honest people who labor to bring you research and activism. And ironically, all your left with now are government agents like Alex Jones and Mike Rivero! you have nobody to blame but yourselves! Enjoy!

    later-
    phil

p.s. Thanks Mike for all your time, energy & help in researching this. It's very much appreciated by me.
