9/11 CORPORATE CRIME Rand Corp & Their Report on the Victim's Compensation Fund

The Rand Corporation was tasked by the Government to create a report, detailing the Performance of the 9/11 Victim's Compensation Fund.

There are a few things to be noted about this subject.

The cooperation of the Civil Courts to their program of fake terror is paramount to their success. If there were thousands of ambulance chasing attorneys doing discovery on the WTC fake attacks, their story would fall to pieces. Something had to prevent this for that operation. as well as develop precedent and policy for future ruses. The Fund and this report accomplish both of those objectives.

The Rand Corporation is mostly owned by Warren Buffet and George Soros. It is listed as a non-profit research firm. Owned by two real non-profit kind of guys. It's main function is to do "research" for the government so it appears to come from an independent outside source. Funny how their reports always end up with a favorable view.

So, if your Company was one of the fake WTC Tenants, and pretended to be displaced after the attacks, your company stood to receive a HUGE VCF settlement. Enough motivation to participate in the charade right there.

I have been thinking about this since I posted it, and one thing jumped out at me that had not originally occurred to me.

62% of 38.1 BILLION (the "at least" figure mentioned) = 23,622,000,000

Thats 23.6 BILLION dollars to the "displaced businesses".

The bulk of this money was paid by Insurance Companies. Looks like not only Silverstein had an insurance scam going, but many other business participants got a huge payoff as well.

I have to wonder how much General Myers profited directly as a Board Member of Aon Corporation, one of the "displaced businesses".

Why would so many Corporate Top Dogs participate in the 911 scam?

Same reason for everything else they do. $$$$$$ to the tune of 23Billion with a "B" loot to share.

Whats interesting here is Warren Buffet and George Soros. Warren Buffet actually visited the pentagon right after the attacks and surveyed the damages. I looked for that picture but cannot find it.

Kyle Hence of the NYtruth911.org group is closely associated with George Soros and apparently under his employ and answers another question as to where all the shills in 911 came from. I have heard that Kyle Hence is Soros Yacht Master, but it is unconfirmed.

Larry and I have discussed in depth whether or not the Victims Compensation Fund even existed. Although there wasn't any oversight, other then that provided by Rand Corporation, thus it appears the victims compensation fund did exist and probably was absorbed by those who pulled off 9/11 as another spoil of the days events.

The Rand Corporation, like the Mitre Corporation, shows an inordinate amount of CIA people and Intelligence people from other services. It is corrupt from the top down.

How do you know these things?

First of all, people go along with lots of things and keep their mouth shut for a lot less money. There were BILLIONS to divide here.

People go along with all sorts of terrible things in the name of a Security Clearance. That cannot be denied.

So tell us how many people were involved. You claim to know, so give us a number.

Unless you believe in 19 hijackers you are already signed on to a massive conspiracy, not one which could be pulled off by a handful of super spies.

I guess no one in the airlines knew it was not their plane.

No one in the Military knew it wasn't an exercise.

No one in the media knew 7 would come down before it did, etc., etc.

You are throwing assumptions about how many people you THINK were involved into the face of facts.

I know plenty of people who would be silent forever for 1,000 much less 1,000,000,000.

Bull. This was the biggest operation ever perpatrated...you think that they would have hundreds or thousands of people in on it and trust that it would not spoiled before it happened? If you do..then you don't know the Govt or how top secret ops or agencies work.

Everything is on a need to know basis and compartmentalized. Having a top secret clearance for working on tanks or subs isnt the same as being involved in mass murder....for ANY amount of money.

It also shows how much you think about your fellow humans and Americans. Regardless, the notion that a large scale conspiracy took place is often ridiculed by outsiders BECAUSE.....NO ONE can keep a secret enough to trust them to be in on it. Its called liability...

Whomever participated in it did so unknowingly....just doing their job...thinking it was a drill or something else. There wasn't a big meeting in a college gym where 1000 people were briefed and given orders. Liability...

Who knows how many people were in on it....but it wasnt many. I guaran-damn-tee it. Thats just not how the govt works under normal circumstances...much less, a super top secret op. Too much to risk...

Some of you guys are WISHING...to try and prove something...wishing is OK so long as its backed with common sense and sound logic. Large amounts of people cant keep quiet....no matter what the payout or consequences....
