9/11 Triplets Separated at Birth - Edward H. Luckett, Carlton Bartels, Michael Tarrou

This story could have been written as a long lost triplets being reunited story, but with a twist. Edward (Ted) H. Luckett, Carlton W. Bartels, Michael C. Tarrou all meeting their death at the hands of the same players on the same day, at the same place. Sharing near identical faces, the odds of their story has to be astronomical. Two of the look-a-likes sharing the very same office, perhaps never even seeing themselves in each others faces.

This story is very interesting and complex. It shows what is possible when a corporation, in this case Cantor Fitzgerald, is capable of when setting up a shell office of a rather large worldwide trading corporation, in this case the shell offices of the world trade center. It is a story about a man named Carlton Bartels, who we were told was both a commodities broker and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed. A revolutionary new greenhouse gas emissions carbon trading software. So revolutionary it was voted the most likely to corner the 55 TRILLION dollar carbon trading market.

The story below was included simply because it is invaluable as a whole and to quote part would mean to eventually quote all. It will explain this complex software and Carlton Bartels role in it all.

What is interesting about this story as well, is we will be taking care of 3 alleged victims on 9/11, all in one fell swoop. Is it inconceivable with a shortage of insiders able to play parts that they economized on the real life actors in 9/11? What I mean is did some of the real life people play multiple roles regarding the victims?

Apparently so. Enter into the scene a one Edward (Ted) H. Luckett. Also, and perhaps not coincidentally an employee at Cantor Fitzgerald as well as a one Michael C. Tarrou. All incredibly good looking men cut from the same mold. Apparently the same exact mold. As luck would have it, or perhaps simply the bad script writing of those who scripted 9/11, all would meet their end at the world trade center. Michael C Tarrou, allegedly a Flight attendant, flying into the South Tower, while his 2 identical face-offs perished at Cantor Fitzgerald in the North Tower.

There once was a man who lived in Nantucket. Who's name was Edward H. Lucket,..... <<Finish cute limmerick here>>

What is interesting here is how they cleverly created 3 people from 1 person and used it in an economical fashion, making, from what we can tell, at least 3 different men, and perhaps others we haven't noticed yet. In this case I do not believe they even used facial morphing software. They simply used different pictures of the same man in different venues at very different times in his life. The effect is 3 men who look dissimilar enough where most won't think twice, even when seeing their pictures together.

You will notice when examining the foreheads of Carlton Bartels and a picture of Michael Tarrou that they both share a rare curved forehead wrinkle which ends up going downward on one side. In my opinion, the pictures are definitely of the same man, yet we were told different victims. And when you bring Edward Luckett II into the mix, you will instantly see they again used the same face for yet another victim on 9/11.

But as you will see as this story unfolds, it is a story about the conservation of available players they had on 9/11. An economy of actors. We will see this economy of actors played on all through the 9/11 theme, so keep your eyes open for them. They are all actors, in one sense or the other, and were all paid hansomely to provide a few testimonies here and there to verify what we already know to be a lie, that the world trade center was at premium occupancy and full of life.

The story about Carlton Bartels and his software worth trillions is below, and below that is the facial comparison pictures.

This story will eventually also reveal Cantor Fitzgeralds role in 911 and helping it smoothly go off with nary a hitch.

Cantor Fitzgerald lays off 800+ employees just prior to 9/11:

The reader may or may not know that just prior to 9/11, Cantor Fitzgerald layed off 800+ employees. Their reason was electronic trading software which made them need less bond traders. Yet after releasing up to 500 of these employees which had been laid off by the providence of god (So they didn't perish on 9/11) Cantor Fitzgerald did the unthinkable. They hired 200 NEW and YOUNG, VERY YOUNG bond traders. Most of these fresh new faces would be the ones enshrining Cantor Fitzgeralds memorial pages at CNN and Legacy.com. NOT their old timer employees which had been miraculously laid off just prior to 9/11 AND then graciously REHIRED right after 9/11.

This also implicates once again, the Corporate entity known as Price Waterhouse & Coopers as shown previously in this thread by Larry.

Specific Companies in the World Trade Center Targeted on 9/11

Were specific companies in the World Trade Center targeted for attack on September 11, 2001?

Marsh & McLennan, Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed and Aon Corp were engaged in an economic war game scenario with the Naval War College on 9/11. The game involved the use of carbon emissions trading software.

Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed held the patent on the unique software which would be used in the future carbon emissions trading which will result in trillions of dollars of trades. The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) located at 10 Downing Street is currently estimated at $55 trillion.

Carlton Bartels, CEO of Cantor’s CO2e.com, invented and held the patent on the computer-based system for simulated automated carbon trading. Bartels was operating this simulated game and it is alleged that his simulation administrator codes were stolen. The game was hacked into which took the game from a simulation to a live game.

Were Marsh & McLennan, Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed and Aon Corp destroyed to eliminate the competition in a future multi-trillion dollar carbon trading market?

Carlton Bartels In 2000, the Joyce Foundation provided a grant to Richard Sandor and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management to develop a competing carbon trading software. At the time, Barack Obama was on the board of directors for the foundation. A second grant was made in 2001 and eventually led to the birth of the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) the only emissions reduction and trading system for all six greenhouse gases and the only operational cap and trade system in North America.

The Obama administration is currently strongly pushing carbon emission policy. While leaning heavily on congress, they have also instructed the Environmental Protection Agency to declare CO2 a dangerous threat to human health which will lead to regulation of carbon emissions.

Powerful forces behind the scenes appear to be orchestrating events to set up and profit from a carbon emissions trading system worth trillions of dollars.

The impact area of American Airlines Flight 11 in the North Tower was the offices of Marsh & McLennan. ( See below)

The offices above Marsh & McLennan were primarily Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed. Cantor Fitzgerald was cut off from the rest of the building by the impact and suffered the greatest single loss by any company on 9/11. 658 of its employees died in the north WTC tower. [Business Week, 9/11/2006]

But Thomas Barnett’s two “mentors” at the firm that he interacts with—Bud Flanagan and Philip Ginsburg—are both out of the building at the time, for “accidental reasons,” and survive the attacks. [Institute of International Studies]

Marsh & McLennan loses 295 employees & 60 contractors.

In the South Tower, United Airlines Flight 175 impacts a zone mostly occupied by Fuji Bank. The Aon Corporation offices are above the impact area and they are also cut off. 175 employees of Aon Corp. die in the attacks.

There were 2605 deaths in 2 towers that day. Marsh & McLennan, Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed and Aon Corp lost a total of 1153 persons. That is just over 44% of the total deaths—a staggering amount.

The employees of these 3 companies were a small fraction of the total number of individuals in the two towers but accounted for 44% of the deaths.

Early in 2000, a unique research partnership took place between the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island and the Wall Street bond firm Cantor Fitzgerald. The venture is called the New Rule Sets Project and was directed by Thomas Barnett, Senior Strategic Researcher at the Decision Strategies Department of the Center for Naval Warfare Studies, U.S. Naval War College. source

Present at the June 4 conference are Thomas Barnett, Carlton Bartels, Philip Ginsburg, William J. “Bud” Flanagan and R K Pachauri. Of these 4 men, only Carlton Bartels will die in the attacks.

Carlton Bartels was Chief Executive Officer of CO2e.com, which was formed by Cantor Fitzgerald and PriceWaterhouse Coopers in 2001 to to serve as the pre-eminent business-to-business online resource for corporations to understand, mitigate, and manage the transition and impact of greenhouse gas emission constraints on corporations globally. He has advised the U.S. Delegation to the Conference of the Parties and the White House Climate Change Task Force, as well as numerous governmental agencies throughout the world regarding the implementation of domestic and international emissions trading.

Philip Ginsberg Dr. Philip Ginsberg was an Executive Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald, the world's largest broker of U.S. Government securities, Eurobonds, and sovereign debt. He was also Vice President of the Cantor Fitzgerald Foundation and Director of Cantor Fitzgerald International. Prior to this, Dr. Ginsberg served as a consultant to both industry and government, and held academic postings at the University of Washington, Rutgers University, and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He also founded the Llorex Corporation, which specialized in financial information products. He has a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University, and an MA and PhD in Economics from Purdue University.

Admiral William “Bud” Flanagan, USN (ret.) was a Senior Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald LP. The admiral's portfolio focuses on emerging markets, particularly those brought about by government deregulation and privatization. He served in the U.S. Navy for 29 years, his final position being Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet from 1994-96, with geographic responsibilities for the entire Western Hemisphere and all of West Europe.

R K Pachauri On 9/11 Dr R K Pachauri was Vice-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). He is currently the Chairman of the IPCC.

Her father was aghast: there on the doorstep of her family's West Brighton home in Staten Island stood Carlton W. Bartels, suitor. "Carl had thick, wavy brown hair, down to his shoulders," recalled Jane Bartels, the object of his affection, decades later. "And a suede fringe jacket."

The couple managed to date and grow close, but then careers separated them. While in his 20's, Mr. Bartels took an 18- month trip around the world with his savings. He asked her to join him in Jakarta, where they inched toward Europe. They married in 1988. Mr. Bartels was an electrical engineer by training and had become, at 26, one of the top utility regulators in Vermont. At 44, he was a partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, specializing in using the commodity markets to encourage the reduction of greenhouse gases.

Mr. Bartels had his antic side, Mrs. Bartels recalled. While on his epic trip, living in a Thai village, Mr. Bartels took to wearing a favorite sarong, a black-and-white skirt with Buddha figures. But one day, the villagers giggled. He was wearing a sarong for a woman. Unfazed, he continued to wear it, even back home, years later, when the couple had settled back in Staten Island. Here's the wind blowing at 50 miles an hour and the sailboat tossing like a lettuce leaf in a salad bowl, up and down, 30 feet at a time. And here's Edward H. Luckett, raising and lowering the sails, expertly tweaking them, never panicking. "He was very cool under pressure, always laughing," said Jeff Beneville, Mr. Luckett's longtime sailing companion. "He was a tremendous sailor."

The two sailed together in numerous New York Yacht Club "maxi-yacht" races, which originate in Newport, R.I. Mr. Luckett's wife, Lisa, called the maxi-yachts, which are 75 to 85 feet long, the "ultimate racing machines." They carried her husband and other sailors to Bermuda many times.

"It's a passion," Mrs. Luckett said. "It's the ultimate rush. The wind and salt and speed in your hair, and the mixing with the elements." At Mr. Luckett's memorial service, she served Dark and Stormies — rum and ginger beer.

Mr. Luckett, 40, of Fair Haven, N.J., went into equities trading in his late 20's and was a product manager at Cantor Fitzgerald. "It's the same young-male-bonding business," Mrs. Luckett said. "It's the same rush. It's about doing a million things at the same time and all the guys staying together."

Edward H. Luckett II, 40, sunny seafarer

When Edward H. Luckett II died in the Twin Towers collapse, his wife, Lisa, received condolences from all over the world, including Bali, London and Switzerland. Some were from clients he hadn't dealt with in five years.

That, Lisa Luckett believes, is a testament to his sunny nature, his kindness and his genuine concern for others. Also, his sense of humor, which his sister, Alexandra Luckett of Manhattan, described as being "sort of like (Jerry) Seinfeld, but it was never at the expense of others."

"He just made friends everywhere," his wife said.

His sister said her brother was "just the sweetest person who ever lived" and "could make everybody laugh until they cried."

Mr. Luckett, 40, of Fair Haven, was a partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, a bond brokerage firm, and a products manager at its subsidiary, eSpeed, where he sold electronic trading platforms.

Known as Ted, Mr. Luckett grew up boating, drawn to it by his father, the late William Stone Luckett II. Before he got married nearly 11 years ago, he spent most of his free time crewing in competitive sailboat races.

When he sailed for the Obsession syndicate, he landed a part in the 1985 movie "Masquerade" as a crew member and helped teach actor Rob Lowe sailing.

But he gave that up, as well his home in Manhattan, after the first of his three children were born. His desire to be close to the beach took the family to Fair Haven, where he could play with his children on the beach and take the ferry to work.

"He liked being outside. He'd see a nice day and we couldn't get out of the house fast enough to enjoy it. He would stay on the beach until dusk," his wife said.

A graduate of Mamaroneck High School in Larchmont, N.Y., he was senior class president. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1984. A champion soccer player, he coached his daughter's soccer team.

"He was great at everything, but I always told him that the best thing he ever did was being a great father. He made them feel like they were on top of the world," his wife said.

Mr. Luckett was a member of St. George's-by-the-River in Rumson, Larchmont Yacht Club, New York Yacht Club, Manhattan and Ship Ahoy Beach Club.

In addition to his wife and sister, Mr. Luckett is survived by his children, Jennifer Grace, 7, William Stone III, 4, and Timothy Wyatt, 4 months; his mother, Diana W. Luckett, of Larchmont; sister Kathryn Luckett-Brown of Boston; a brother, James Taylor Luckett of Cape Hatteras, and nieces.

A memorial service is to be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. George's-by-the-River, Rumson. Donations can be made to Luckett Children's Educational Trust, c/o Arthur H. Tildesley, 130 Pine Cove, Fair Haven.

Wanting to Be Together

Amy King and Michael Tarrou, United Airlines flight attendants, were on Flight 175 when it crashed into the south tower. Working on the same flight was not uncommon: Ms. King and Mr. Tarrou had been dating for more than two years. They had recently started living together in Stafford Springs, Conn.

"They tried to get the same schedule so they could be together more," Deborah Lloyd, Ms. King's sister, said from her home in Naperville, Ill. "They were supposed to have a long layover in Chicago beginning Sept. 12. We were going to have dinner."

The youngest of three sisters, Ms. King, 29, grew up in a small town near Jamestown, N.Y. In high school, she ran track and cross-country. She liked to paint and was interested in clothing design. She started working for United in Chicago in 1993.

Mr. Tarrou, 38, grew up in Wantagh, on Long Island. He loved flying, but making music was a stronger love. "Originally we started playing in bands in Queens and on Long Island" in high school, said Tom Divine, a friend. "He was great at guitar, bass and keyboards and was pretty much the best vocalist I have ever worked with."

During layovers in the Bay Area, Mr. Divine said, he and Mr. Tarrou would spend time in the recording studio.

So far as anyone knows, Mr. Tarrou never asked Ms. King to marry him. But no one doubts that would have happened.

"They were engaged, in their own way," said Dr. James Tarrou, Michael's father. "We were encouraging him, because she was a remarkable person."

Michael C. "Mac" Tarrou, 38, of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, was a flight attendant with United Airlines on UA Flight 175.

He was born and raised in Wantagh, New York. He attended college on Long Island and then relocated to Florida where he also attended school for electrical engineering.

Mac enjoyed writing and recording music. He played many instruments including the guitar, bass, piano and drums. He was also an excellent martial artist. He liked golf, too!

He was employed by United Airlines in 1991, was based in Boston, and resided in Stafford Springs with his girlfriend Amy King (who was also on Flight 175).

He will be very sorely missed by his daughter, Gina; his parents, Dr. James and Patricia Tarrou; his brother, Charles Tarrou; his sisters, Gigi Hintz and Demetra Lumia and their families; Jill Tarrou (Gina's mom); and the hundreds of friends he's known along the way.

I couldn't help but notice that my friends at PriceWaterhouse Coopers were connected directly to this story.

The odds against these three lookalikes all dying together are astronomical.
