New Jerusalem Coming After New Heaven/Earth? Think Again!

Although not much thought is given to the event of the new heavenly city coming down from heaven, we should at least look at it closely to understand more of that event and the timeframe that will apply unto it. Take note of the description as God states to all who thirst He shall give the water of life freely, this is only needful for those whom are unsaved and notice there was no more sea for the water that will be supplied will come from the throne of God. Why then is this important? If you are familiar with the viewpoint called Amillennialism and their view is below this Bible verses from Revelation:

"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son." Revelation 21:1-7

Amillennialism (Greek: a- "not" + Latin: mille "thousand" + annum "year") is a view in Christian eschatology named for its denial of a future thousand-year, physical reign of Jesus Christ on earth, as espoused in the premillennial and some postmillennial views of the Book of Revelation. By contrast, the amillennial view holds that the number of years in Revelation 20 is a symbolic number, not a literal description; that the millennium has already begun and is identical with the church age; and that while Christ's reign is spiritual in nature during the millennium, at the end of the church age Christ will return for the final judgment and the eternal order. Some postmillennialists and nearly all premillennialists hold that the word "millennium" should be taken to refer to a literal thousand-year period. Although the term "amillennialism" was coined in the 1930s, this eschatological position already existed even in the first three centuries of the Christian era, during which premillennalism was popular. Augustine (354-430) systematized amillennialism, and it became the standard view not only of the Catholic Church but also the Greek Orthodox Church. It is also adhered to by "mainline" Protestant denominations such as the Church of Christ, Lutheran, Reformed, and Anglican churches.

The Bible calls this view ignorant and declares those that support this view do so willfully in direct opposition against God Himself as though they are the god and they decide what is real, what is truth, and what is fiction or what they term, symbolic, but nonetheless God still calls them "willfully ignorant" and this comes through the one disciple whom they follow but do not believe his own penmanship which is that of God's instruction.

"Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." 2Peter 3:3-8

The one day that is with the LORD is the LORD's reign upon the earth for a thousand years, however, these have stretched what they term the Milinneal reign of a thousand years into two (2 days) thousand years and they do so as stating that God could not tell time although it was God that stated that one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. I would extremely hate to be in their shoe come judgement day and tell God that He got it wrong, that He made a mistake. They are no longer stating the KJV or any other Bible is wrong, now they are stating that the Creator of the cosmos the very Eternity itself got it wrong. Hosea also wrote concerning the two days however, like Peter he also understood the timeframe as God had instructed the disciples. These are your scientists, lawyers, and Saducees and Pharisees of this generation, these are the educators in the public arenas and they instruct as though there is no God and therefore no judgement day. If I seem to be a little hard I am no where to the limit that God will be on these who read and use realtive truth to perform their symbolic interpretations, in other words, God will not suffer ignorance gladly. While the New Testament is written unto the Church, the Old Testament was written unto the Jewish peoples.

"Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth." Hosea 6:1-3

The LORD is all caps and is therefore the event of His glorification as spoken of by John as with the resurrection of Jesus Christ, so the timeframe fits after the fact of the cross and speaks of the time of His return as both Christ and LORD of Lords and KING of Kings. Here the Jewish people are stating that they need to return unto the LORD as they have been torn during the Great Tribulation Period and they know they are now to be healed, they were smitten and made to go naked and destitute but Christ will "bind" them up into restoration of their well-being and as a people unto God. They know and realize the prophecy given that after two days or two thousand years that God Himself will "revive" their fallen state and in the third day Christ will not only raise them up (who have tasted of death) in both resurrection power and restoration power and they will live in His sight as they will behold their God and their God shall behold them, this will be accomplished both in the former and latter rain, the way they once were and now are. The LORD stated that His return would be like that of a thief, that at the time least expected He would return, that is why we are to work until He comes for it could be at any moment after that revived state of Israel.

"Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children." Isaiah 66:8

A generation of 70 years and that generation that sees this people become a nation shall not pass away until all things are accomplished 1948 + 70 = 2018 2018 - 7 = 2011 we are in 2010 but do we know the day or the hour? NO. Do we know the time and the season? Yes! Not only do we know it but it is a command to know the time and season of Christ return, not a suggestion.

"But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ," 1 Thessalonians 5:1-9

"Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH. For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree." Zechariah 3:8-10

Christ is telling us not to fall asleep like the others are doing as they have "bitten" into the idea of "realative truth" with symbolic meaning that they themselves cannot interpret but yet endorse this type of ignorance as though it speaks volumes of truth, but unfortuantely for them unknowable truth so they twist it to "fit" into their ideaology thus they adapt their own realative trues and force the same pattern upon the students of today as through your experience denotes your truth and your own form of logic. Israel has brought forth the BRANCH and now the BRANCH is about to deliver Israel from her iniquity in ONE Day. Here Christ is referred unto as the LORD of Hosts, the same as was told in Joshua 5:14 as the LORD is the Captain of the host.

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled." Matthew 24:29-34

The timeframe by the Amillennialists is so messed up that if you were to accept their view of the 65-70AD tribulation period the above verses would destroy any validity of that belief consider just the one that "all" the tribes of the earth shall "see" the Son of man coming in the clouds and what was His purpose? To gather together the elect from the four winds and where would they be going after being gathered? As the scripture indicates these are delivered up into heaven they were those who went through the "great tribulation", these are of the 144,000 out of the 12 tribes of Israel and these will witness for Christ and great multitudes which no man can number will be saved by their testimonies, when did this occur? I believe Christ stated that they would be left destitute of the house of Jerusalem as they did not receive Him but rejected Him and He then turned to the Gentiles. These were from all nations that were of the great multitude which no man could number, this did not occur in 65-70AD.

"After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;" Revelation 7:9 and "And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes." Revelation 7:14-17

Christ gave a parable of the fig tree and the fig tree is Israel as in:

"For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD. I will surely consume them, saith the LORD: there shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree, and the leaf shall fade; and the things that I have given them shall pass away from them." Jeremiah 8:11-13
"The LORD showed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon. One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad. Then said the LORD unto me, What seest thou, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil. Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good. For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up. And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart. And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so evil; surely thus saith the LORD, So will I give Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt: And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them. And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, among them, till they be consumed from off the land that I gave unto them and to their fathers." Jeremiah 24 1-10
"And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it. And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;" Mark 11:13-15
"Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." Matthew 23:33-39

The 144,000 could not have come out of this timeframe of 65-70AD nor the multitude which no man could number.
