Why would NASA hand out a valuable rock from Apollo 11 to a complete nobody (ex prime minister of the Netherlands), when even the Queen only got a tiny fragment encased in plastic?
I suggest you watch these videos.

The idea that this random gift of a lump of petrified wood was anything but that, and given as such is a ludicrous suggestion. NASA would simply not hand out chunks of Moon rock to a complete nobody in a small European country, when tiny fragments were given out to everybody else.
This is what the samples looked like, with SPECIFIC properly engraved plaques, not some random vague complimentary slip.

Logic wins, you proved nothing and ignored the details in my argument, namely that the rocks have been authenticated as Lunar origin, not meteorites, NOT lumps of petrified wood.
