LAST LINE POETRY

The resting of a dove
the world wraps around me like a medical glove
plastic rubber mannequins falling
morphine drips and pain that is appalling
X ray nurses and figured delight
sweet as honey lips a sexy voice in the night
stirring and bucking my musk in the wind
the esoteric wonder of why we all sinned
but today is a new day and created from love
the time is still ticking and my big hand will shove
past the frail memories into a new world order
of my mind's own making a paradigm shift will conceive
apparently didactic pedantic even if you please
my reasons are many but few of them tease
winding up like ivy and majestic as a flower
the gentle breeze winds me up into the late night hour
slipping into position and taking up all the nectar
I dance across smiles with a Zorro like specter
desires that be and a heart beat pounding
the universe only holds that which a man is unfolding
uncrowned and vicious with temptations abound
no wonder the sweat will be tilled in the ground
to lock it all in with both hands busy
and slide the bolt through until you feel dizzy

Absent keys, as what will we wind up? Toys we all
    are
in the end. Ticking past one tock
    to tock
to someone else, yet never seeming to have the time.
