Problems, the address for Ceecee on the drivers licence is 4024 Winkler Avenue Fort Myers Florida. This is an empty lot. Yes they could have torn down the building. Anyone care to check county records? The other oddity is Ext#201, is that Floridian form of suite #? Onto John T. his address of 6611 Huntsman Lane. This does not exist, Huntsman Lane in Port Ritchie Florida only goes from 8600 block to 8900 block, there is no 6600 block.If John T. moved to Florida to retire, why fly out of N.J.?

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned in previous notes but her marriage license is May 2000. Her drivers license is from 1997 with her married name already on it. The drivers licnse is also got duplicate typed on it. Maybe the original got lost. Hmmmmm! (The duplicate could have been for her name change so that may be the reason.)

The Impossible Driver's License & Previous Marriages

An examination of St. Lucie County marriage records indicates that CeeCee Ross was married to Ademil Danilo Castrillo on 08/14/1994 with a dissolution of marriage filed on 04/23/1999.

In 1997, the issue date of her driver's license, she was still married to Mr. Castrillo.

Previous to this she was married to Jerome Karl Smith on 02/27/1985 with a dissolution of marriage filed on 03/15/1994.

After contacting the Florida Highway Patrol in Ft. Myers, Florida, it was confirmed that when a person applies for a Florida driver's license with a name change, a new card is issued with a NEW ISSUE DATE and NEW DRIVER'S LICENSE NUMBER that is electronically associated with the previous card's name and number. This is yet another example of how the people involved in fabricating the evidence for the 9/11 hoax did a very sloppy job.

Can I change the number on my driver license or identification card? No, unless there is a name change. The driver license/identification card number is based on your name, date of birth and gender.

Name Change:
You must bring a court order or marriage certificate to a driver license office to prove your name change within 10 DAYS of the change. Documents must be original or certified copies. (Having been a police officer, shouldn't CeeCee have known this?)

I confirmed that when a woman is married in Florida, a new license is issued with her new name, that is electronically linked to her maiden name. A "duplicate" is not issued.

Interestingly, the Association of Flight Attendants memorial web site has the wrong information concerning the number of Ceecee's prior marriages.

4024 WINKLER AVENUE EXT #201

This address requires some explanation. “EXT” means extension. So, it is 4024 Winkler Avenue Extension. Sometimes this is used in Florida when a road is extended, to specify that it is the new section of road.

#201 would mean an apartment number.

4024 Winkler Avenue Extension, Fort Myers, Florida

Checked the Fort Meyers property. Fort Myers is in Lee County. In Florida, property is taxed by the county. Property records are in the Tax Appraiser's office. Florida has very user friendly property search web sites.

4024 Winkler Avenue and 4024 Winkler Avenue Extension returns an error in the property database.

There is no record of a "Lyles" with a first name similar to Ceecee or Lorne in the property database for Lee County. That's OK if she/he/them did not own the property, but were renting.

Another Faked Florida Driver's License - John Talignani from Flight 93

The United States v. Zacarias Moussaoui Prosecution Trial Exhibit # P200068 is the photograph of the expired Florida driver's license (T425-473-27-311-0) of John Talignani which was claimed to be found at the scene in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, where United Airlines Flight 93 supposedly crashed. However, the street address that appears on the license, 8611 HUNTSMAN LANE, WAS NOT the Port Richey, Florida, address of John M. Talignani.

This property was owned by Louis C. Crisci and Denise M Crisci from 03/24/1988 to 06/24/94. The application date on John Talignani's driver's license is 09/01/92 and his correct Port Richey, Florida, address was 7202 BRAMBLEWOOD DRIVE which he purchased on 02/08/1985. Incidentally, whoever created this piece of evidence for the Zacarias Moussaoui show trial made another error. The extended zip code for the 8611 Huntsman Lane address is 2019 NOT 6911. The extended zip code for 7202 Bramblewood Drive is 6911.

END NOTE: The commonalities of the fabricated driver's licenses are:

1.) Both fabricated driver's licenses were issued from the State of Florida.

2.) Both victims were related to people who work in law enforcement.

3.) Both fabricated driver's licenses in and of themselves were not actually used as evidence in the trial, only photographs were.

Zip Code 2019 is for Bellingham Mass. Somewhere in my research there is a Link between Mass Electric Company and 911. Maybe just another coincidence?
