Looks like the silhouette of a Brontosaurus walking across the screen. Did this actually appear on the live feed that morning? Could be that some hoaxer did it and put it on the internet as a practical joke. If it really did appear on the live CNN/Fox news feed that morning, it is beyond strange. Who knows what the hell really went down that morning.

This is a gif taken from Sept.clues,,but no-one seemed to notice it there either..

The version posted by Bigtexan is FOX 5, which is local. There is also appears to be a helicopter skid at 15:52 and 16:49 in the CNN video. __________________

I remember this from 'that day' and them in the studio laughing later---I forget what they said 1. it was some prank or 2. it was a lizard on a sill but magnified but I do recall them talking about it afterward

All we are seeing here is someone walking beteen the in house cameras and the video camera zooming in on them. I think it is the most plausible explanation so far as to what we are seeing here.
