Pope Will Meet Muslims: Can Agape Shape World Affairs?

Pope Benedict XVI and a group of Islamic "Wisemen" have decided upon a meeting. The real subject of their dialog will be............?

Pope Benedict will meet 138 Islamic "Wisemen" to broaden their international affairs, according to Radio Vaticana. The meeting was proposed by Saudi Prince Ghazi bin Muhamad bin Talal, in name of the 138 Islamic intellectuals and theologians who had written a letter to the Pope on Oct. 13, 2007, concerning the Prophet Muhammad.

Talal wrote that, "Encouraged by the recent visit of Saudi King Abd Allah bin Abd Al-Azizi [to the Vatican], we are very available to meet Benedict XVI." He proposed an agenda for such a meeting: one part dedicated to religious dialogue, and one part dedicated to society and world events.

The Vatican Radio announced the Pope has accepted the proposal for the meeting.

UNITED NATIONS – Israel's president had rare praise for Saudi Arabia's king at a U.N. interfaith conference Wednesday, saying King Abdullah's initiative to end the Arab-Israeli conflict inspired hope that all countries in the Middle East could live in peace.

Speaking to hundreds of guests in the General Assembly chamber, where Israel has often been villified by its Arab neighbors, Shimon Peres appealed to Abdullah to maintain his leadership in the Arab world during the difficult peace process.

Minutes earlier, Abdullah said it was "high time" the world learned the harsh lesson of history that differences between followers of different religions and cultures "engendered intolerance, causing devastating wars and considerable bloodshed without any sound logical or ideological justification."

Now why would the King Of Saudi Arabia organize an interfaith conference at the UN, declaring that all religions caused intolerance and bloodshed? And why would Israel's mafia President applaud the King?

Look out Jerusalem! The roadblock has been lifted and you're about to be the divided capital of the world's united "religion." And while the ignorant Israelis fear that Jerusalem is about to be divided for "peace," close to none understand that Jerusalem is to be divided to create The World Parliament Of Religions, naturally, For Peace. No Jerusalem run exclusively by the Jews could ever fit the desired bill.

Very shortly Israel will accept the Saudi "peace" plan, which supposedly will have full Arab backing, they think, followed by an anti-religious religious Parliament in the new international entity of Jerusalem. The rules of Nation membership and qualifications are in the Vienna Convention.

The Vatican State qualifies as a bona fide nation NOT because it is a church but it is as the name states it is indeed a legal state. (don't be confused the state is hiding behind the coat of a "church").


This map shows the red line of INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARIES as described in the Vienna Convention of the VATICAN STATE, Vatican City State Map (Holy See). This is a tiny nation city state. That is why the have bonafied ambassadors to every nation which signs a Concordat (International Treaty) with them.


The Congress of Vienna was a conference of ambassadors of European states, chaired by the Austrian statesman Clemens Wenzel von Metternich, and held in Vienna from September 1814 to June 9, 1815.[1]

Its objective was to redraw the continent's political map and settle many other issues arising from the French Revolutionary Wars, the Napoleonic Wars, and the (supposed) dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire.
But in fact the Holy Roman Empire found a better way to run the Papal States via their secret society network.

The immediate background was France's defeat and surrender in May, 1814, which brought an end to twenty-five years of almost continuous war. The negotiations continued despite a final outburst of fighting triggered by ex-Emperor Napoleon's dramatic return from exile and resumption of power in France during the Hundred Days in March-July, 1815. The Congress's "Final Act" was signed nine days before his final defeat at Waterloo on June 18, 1815.

Concordats and International Law

Most have heard of Concordats, but few have read one. In the light of the Vatican signing Concordats with nearly all nations on the globe.

Concordats are International Agreements

It is commonly held that concordats are bilateral agreements between the spiritual power (The Holy See) and the civil power (a State) in regard to matters which in some way concern both Church and State.

But in fact it is an agreement between two states. VATICAN STATE (hidden under the name religious name of Holy See)

You can even qualify them as international agreements:
Article 2, par. 2, section a of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (22 May 1969): "Treaty" means an international agreement concluded between States in written form and governed by international law..."

Under customary law a treaty is defined as an agreement between two or more subjects of international law in order to establish legal effects and governed by international law.

Those two definitions don't contradict each other:
Article 3 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties: "International agreements not within the scope of the present Convention: The fact that the present Convention does not apply to international agreements concluded between States and other subjects of international law or between such other subjects of international law..." Therefore, article 2 clearly states the legal force of international agreements between states and other subjects of international law.

So far no problem. From a formalistic point of view concordats are just international agreements, next to all the other international agreements between subjects of international law. But as regards the content, a difficulty arises.

The Catholic Church, for her part, has always maintained that she is a supranational community and does not receive her legal existence from any temporal State. The ROMAN Catholic Church exists as such, and it is in the Holy See that her organic unity is guaranteed, represented and perpetuated. Her extension corresponds to the spread of Catholic believers throughout the world. She is therefore a universal community that knows no national frontiers [1]. Put in other words, when a state and the Holy See conclude an agreement they enter into a relation as two "perfect societies": the first as a (legal state) temporal society, the second as a spiritual one.

As we have mentioned before, concordats are international agreements under international law.

Don't be confused. The VATICAN STATE is indeed a legal nation. It is first and foremost A STATE (not a church).


Caesar (Pope) Benedict XVI and the Senators of Rome in the Senate Hall. Each Senator is the CONTROLLER of their entire Secret Society network located from country they are assigned to. The NWO structure can all be seen here meeting in this informal gathering talking about bringing the masses to obey Caesar....


The United States appointed a consul to the Papal States on June 26, 1797, and that in 1847 formal diplomatic relations beyond the consular level were established. That relationship continued until 1867 when a controversy arose over the prohibition in the City of Rome of public worship by non-Roman Catholic denominations. Reacting to that controversy, Congress, in "An Act Making Appropriations for the Consular and Diplomatic Expenses of the Government for the Year ending thirtieth June eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, and for other Purposes," legislated that "no money hereby or otherwise appropriated shall be paid for the support of an American legation at Rome, from and after the thirtieth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven." Act of Feb. 28, 1867, ch. 99, 14 Stat. 412, 413. As a result of that legislation the United States terminated diplomatic relations with the Papal States.

In 1873 the modern Kingdom of Italy annexed the Papal States. In 1929, however, in the Lateran Treaty, the Kingdom of Italy recognized the "State of the City of the Vatican" while the Holy See renounced its claims over territory outside the Vatican City. The present State of the City of the Vatican is comprised of 108 acres of territory and has a population slightly in excess of 1000. Located in that legal state territory is the world headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church.

It is alleged that beginning in 1939, and from time to time thereafter until 1984, several Presidents of the United States designated personal representatives to the Vatican. These personal representatives served without salary and were not subject to Senate confirmation.

On November 22, 1983 Congress repealed the restriction, contained in the 1867 Act, against expenditures for the support of the American Legation at Rome. See Act of Nov. 22, 1983, Pub.L. No. 98-164, Sec. 134, 1983 U.S.Code Cong. & Ad.News (97 Stat.) 1017, 1029. At that time William A. Wilson was serving as President Ronald W. Reagan's personal representative. On January 10, 1984 President Reagan announced he would nominate Mr. Wilson as United States Ambassador to the Vatican.

The VATICAN STATE is the new name of the Revived Roman Empire. It is deeply hidden under a religious name Roman Church. The Senators of Rome (have been renamed Cardinals) see my previous postings on this subject.

The VATICAN STATE qualifies under the VIENNA CONVENTIONS to be a bona fide legal state.

The Lateran Treaty is one of the Lateran Pacts of 1929 or Lateran Accords, three agreements made in 1929 between the Kingdom of Italy and the Holy See, ratified June 7, 1929, hoping to finally end the "Roman Question".

But now that the Vatican State has treaties with nearly every nation on earth the question is once again arising about the ROMAN QUESTION.

Negotiations for the settlement of the Roman Question began in 1926 between the government of Italy and the Holy See, and in 1929 they culminated in the agreements of the three Lateran Accords, signed for King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy by Prime Minister Benito Mussolini and for Pope Pius XI (CAESAR) by Cardinal (SENATOR) Secretary of State Pietro Gasparri. The agreements were signed in the Lateran Palace, hence the name by which they are known.

The agreements included a political treaty which transformed the Holy Roman Empire later renamed the Papal States into yet another name the VATICAN CITY STATE under which it is camouflaged by the name HOLY SEE by which the Old Roman Empire is still yet alive..

The Lateran Treaty guaranteed full and independent sovereignty to CAESAR the Emperor of the Holy See. The Pope was pledged to (supposed) perpetual neutrality in international relations and to abstention from mediation in a controversy unless specifically requested by all parties. Every concordat (LEGAL INTERNATIONAL TREATY) signed with the Holy See raises CAESER as the final and ruling authority of STATE.

I do think that the Papal Church of Rome is the Whore of Babylon, but my thinking is the Beast must be the U.N. as it will be the enforcer of the mark. RFID!!!!
