Crimson Contagion was a simulation administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from January to August 2019 that tested the capacity of the U.S. federal government and twelve U.S. states to respond to a severe influenza pandemic originating in China. The exercise involves a scenario in which tourists returning from China spread a respiratory virus in the United States, beginning in Chicago. In less than two months the virus had infected 110 million Americans, killing more than half a million. The report issued at the conclusion of the exercise outlines the government's limited capacity to respond to a pandemic, with federal agencies lacking the funds, coordination, and resources to facilitate an effective response to the virus.

The culminating event of the Series—the CrimsonContagion 2019 Functional Exercise—was a four-day, multi-state, and multi-regional exercise that focused on whole-of-community response and policy issues of work force viability; critical infrastructure protection; economic impact; social distancing; scarce resource allocation; prioritization of vaccines and other countermeasures; available (or potentially available) funding streams or mechanisms to fund the response; and medical surge operations. The exercise began on August13, 2019 and concluded on August 16, 2019.

Apparently all states have participated through coordination with 35 different operation centers, splitting the country up into 10 different regions, depicted in figure 2 on page 7 {Figure2. Participating organizations' emergency operations centers activated for the Crimson Contagion 2019 Functional Exercise})
The exercise also demonstrated issues faced by participating states, including confusion regarding the purpose of and target audience for national conference calls, challenges requesting resources from the federal government due to a lack of standardized, well-understood, and properly executed resource request processes, and varying degrees of development and implementation of crisis standards of care, ranging from the absence of standards, to standards narrowly focused on the allocation of specific resources (e.g.,ventilators), to relatively mature standards and standards-implementation approaches.

tested posted for COVID-19 on Friday (February 28), with a further three - another from
Surrey and two from West Sussex - diagnosed on Sunday (March 1), all of whom were
"close contacts" in a family cluster.
The outbreak in the Surrey town has drawn spooky comparisons to the programme 'Contagion: The BBC Four Pandemic', which aired in March 2018.
Designed as a digital experiment to "help plan for when the next deadly virus comes to the UK", Dr Hannah Fry was "patient zero" and used Haslemere as the place to launch the outbreak.
It set out to answer questions on how quickly it would spread, how many it could kill and what could be done about it, using a smartphone app to monitor the simulated virus after starting it in Haslemere.
As part of the introduction to the programme, Dr Fry can be seen walking through the town saying: "With the help of thousands of volunteers, we are about to simulate the outbreak of a fatal contagion throughout the UK.
"That might seem like a funny thing to want to do, but if I can succeed this will save lives when, not if, a real pandemic hits."
"Spookily, that's precisely where the first person was diagnosed to have caught #coronavirus in the UK."
This document I think is the closest smoking gun we have so far of the definite intention of creating the 'covid-19' plandemic in 2020, “a systemwide training and simulation exercise”,

WHO can rapidly mobilize countries and partners early in an outbreak or health emergency.

is that there is no question that there will be a challenge, the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases, both chronic infectious diseases, in the sense of already ongoing diseases. And we have certainly a large burden of that. But also there will be a surprise outbreak. And I hope by the end of my relatively short presentation, you will understand why history, and the history of the last 32 years I've been the director of NIAID will tell the next administration that there's no doubt in anyone's mind that they will be faced with the challenges that their predecessors were faced with.
His last statement I believe must be directed towards the next administration (whoever wins election 2020, probably Trump again), and that they will inherit what the current administration has now (the 'covid-19' pandemic simulation) but also the “history” of all the 'pandemics” (for the most part simulations) that the past administrations have had since Fauci has been the NIAID director for 32 years.

The female reporter (don't know her name or news agency she is with) asks Pompeo a 2 part question, she asks
"the news hour has learned that the CDC picked up some sort of virus happening in Wuhan, the coronavirus, happening in Wuhan as early as December. When did the CDC start letting other agencies know, that there was something in China happening with this coronavirus that this coronavirus was happening, and when did the whole government approach start to happen?"
The CDC White House guy answers the first part saying that the U.S. CDC was alerted on Jan 3rd by the Chinese CDC colleagues and that there were cases in December not that the U.S. CDC was alerted in December. Pompeo then interjects to speak on a generalized version of her question, he puts it that people seem to think the U.S. was leveling blame on China about how soon they had alerted (or how soon they should have alerted) the U.S. about 'coronavirus', and..
Here is the excerpt of what Pompeo said, that is the most important thing he has said about this whole 'coronavirus' 'pandemic'...
"this is not about retribution, this matter is going forward, we're in a, we're in a LIVE EXERCISE here, to get this right. We need to make sure that, even today, that the data sets that are available, gets to every country" (to the whole world). "It's an imperative to keep people safe. We talk about the absence of data sets, not being able to make judgements about what to do."
At the point that Pompeo is saying "LIVE EXERCISE"
Trump is shaking his head yes and mutters what has to be "Sure is, they shoulda let us know", I assume he meant the Chinese govt. should have let us know (the data that is).
This is evidence that Pompeo and Trump know that this is all a "LIVE EXERCISE", a system wide simulation training drill just like the GPMB 2019 document states (page 39).

We need to do more testing, more advanced testing, and we need to do it faster. That's both the diagnostic testing and the antibody testing. Uh, but we have to get better at both, and we have to be able to create a higher volume faster. We have to be more prepared, we should never have, we should never go through what we went through on this preparation drill. The federal stimulus bill is gonna be key. And that legislation in my opinion has to do better than the past legislation, has to be less political, less pork barrel, and more targeted to the actual purpose.
The way he words this “
we should never go through what we went through on this preparation drill”, he must be referring to either future pandemic simulations or a true pandemic (and perhaps one they will “intentionally” release).

In November 2019, a Netflix ‘Explained’ series episode titled “
The Next Pandemic” described how a virus like the coronavirus spreads in live animal markets like the one in Wuhan. In the episode, Bill Gates warned that it takes years to find a cure for a new form of virus outbreak.
The documentary predicted the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak
The Netflix documentary explained that in wet markets in China, various live animals arrive and are killed on sight by vendors who then sell meat to consumers.
It
described the wet markets in China as a disease X factory, explaining that it is easy for the virus to become mutate and spread to humans.
The documentary narration read:
This is a wet market in the Lianghua, China. Unlike markets in much of the West, where animals are already dead when they arrive, this wet market sells meat that’s very fresh.
It’s killed on sight. That’s what makes it a disease X factory. Many different animal species are stacked on top of each other, their blood and meat mixed, before being passed from human to human. All the while, their viruses are mixing and mutating, increasing the odds that one finds its way to humans.
The wet market is strikingly similar to the seafood market in Wuhan. It is said to be the place where the coronavirus outbreak first started and has since been shut down.
