Lady in WTC Window Wearing Safety Harness on 9/11?

This one is very interesting. This lady waving a tablecloth or something from the window appears to be strapped in to a safety harness, which can be seen going from in front of her to behind her, ceiling height, and tied to the ceiling joists.

This above is from this youtube video below, from about the 1:23 mark to the 1:32 mark. She certainly appears to be wearing a harness or safety strap. Whats your thoughts?

The strap/harness was most important anyway. I put the other gif in just because I can now make animated gifs and I'm on an animated gif binge.

But yes, it takes all the horror away from it all when we see they were wearing safety harnesses and tethers.

And for the person/people/fallen jumpers moving around, look to the left on the ROOF of the AWNING which goes into the world trade center. (White roof)

The lady's harness straps are pretty plain in that one Phil. Only because of the straight on camera angle can we see them. From any side angle, they would be invisible, as they are nearly the same shade as the building, and extremely well camoflaged.

Maybe that's why we usually see these people from a lateral angle when they're magically hanging outside the building, yet still able to wave with a free hand.

Judging by where the straps attach to her, she appears to be wearing a waist attached harness just like this guy. I have one just like it, with a waist strap and thigh straps.

He is also wearing an artsy looking belt OUTSIDE the waste strap of his harness. Were they practicing to see what could be seen from the Copter, and how to best camoflage and cover it up?

Here we see several rope tethers tied off to the end of the bar joist truss, some black rope, some white, such that they would be tied behind and above the skywalking daredevil, just like our waver.

I believe Gelatin practiced, and field tested several options for putting on the entire upper floors performance on 911. Jumpers and wavers gave us the "reality" of the deaths of regular people on 911.

Every performance needs a dress rehearsal.

This is all very interesting. For years, I was haunted by the image of the man in shirt and tie falling head first in an almost serene posture, as if he had resigned himself to his fate coming up to meet him at 150mph.

Now I realize it was probably a goddamn dummy!

Yes Orion, it really is happy and uplifting news in many ways!

We were all emotionally crushed by the snuff film aspect of the jumpers they showed over and over and over ad nauseum (literally).

We have been held hostage by these emotions, and are freed by the knowledge that it was a grand hoax. It was Show Business, a Commercial (Gwendolyn Briley says so), designed to sell you even less freedom, and endless war. Produced and directed by the same people who sell us detergent, cars, candidates, social ideas, moralities, and everything else.

When a new commercial comes out, it is run over and over, until you have heard it many times and "memorized" it, whether you know it or not. Then later, a shorter version, 10 or 15 seconds is run, and the whole commercial is "recalled" in our memory.

After 911, video of the plane hitting the building, jumpers, and the building collapses were shown over and over and over. The EMOTION that they initially evoked, can be "recalled", with just a reference, or a few seconds of video.

The reality of this unconscious emotional response has been used very effectively for nine years, striking fear, grief, and hatred at the drop of the 911 name, like Pavlov's dogs. Our predictable reaction then was used against us.

Whoever produced the 911 wavers and jumpers show was a genius. Not perfect, but genius. Unfortunately for them, only perfect would do in the long run.
