I would like to caution people this is not for human consumption, since the person on the video did not give a warning.

Phil, when you try this, find out how long the chemical reaction lasts especially if you use it to write a message on the ground. That might be helpful for a "help" sign.

Blessings

I will Meg, that's a really good idea! I didn't even think about that. It would also be good for plane crashes and such cases where an emergency flare is needed if a plane is overhead at night. Stuff like this can save peoples lives!

I am kind of surprised I never heard about this before, are you guys?

Imagine being in a plane crash, at night, and you hear a search plane overhead? Can you imagine this being missed from the air on a dark night? No way!

Any of you guys ever seen this trick before? To me, it is inconceivable that I haven't seen this amazing trick in one Hollywood movie. Makes me wonder if this is a hoax.

Cheers-
Phil

I guess you could put together a survival kit of pre-measured product. You could sell a gazillion of them I would venture to say.

Blessings
Megan
P.S.
Let me know if you need help with this.

I found the youtube showing you how you can make your own glowstick from chemicals, for those who were interested in this and following it.

Enjoy-
Phil
