At approximately 2:20 in the following youtube video, there appears to be an object on the outside of the building pumping massive amounts of smoke into the air. Check it out:

Watch it a couple times because the camera goes away fairly quick- only about 4-5 seconds. It's on the left side and outside of the building.

Firstly, look at the tower to the right, and watch the gray smoke coming from the top floor window. Why would it be burning up there?

This is such a great and obvious point. Now if all the floors above this impact area actually were not there than I suppose it could make sense. But why that specific window?

Answer: A smoke machine was shooting fake smoke out the window.
