to me, it all boils down to 2 types of people. One type is caring and concerned for his fellow humans wellbeing, would never knowingly do to others what they hate having done to them.(to one degree or another, the majority of people fall into this category. Though they may be compelled to break the golden rule occasionally, they try to live this way as much as possible)

The other type is offended by people who don't share their "dog-eat-dog", might makes right, philosophy. they think they're right because..they have all the toys! Someone who is having a hard time living in "their" competitive world is just lazy, and doesn't deserve any help,much less any respect.
They are control freaks, who will do anything necessary to sustain their illusion that they are GREAT people. On the surface, they appear cheerful and dignified, while they are trying desperately to figure out how to use you to their advantage. Their most effective tool is the LIE!

The ones we label "the elite", believe this so strongly,that they actually have a hatred for what normal people consider good. This is not always learned thinking (generational) but simply a mindset.There are people who are not in the elite club who believe this way. (I'm sure they would be delighted to be invited!)

The generational families, on the other hand, don't even really live in the same world as the rest of us, though their games affect each and every one of us. The rich really are different, and were raised to be tyrants, believing their god made them this way.
WAAAAY back in history, the generational families were widely known as sorcerers. Was this just superstition, or is the reason we don't believe this today due to their effective propaganda machine? They still offer many clues to their true nature,(Skull & Bones, Bohemian Grove, etc) yet people pass this off as just some kind of game. Their sorcery is now hidden behind a veil of lies (their most effective tool) and when it's done right in front of their faces, most people rationalize it as something mundane.
Sorcery is a mindset, but a learned one. The generational families have been passing on this mindset for millennia.
