The Surgeon has already done this work for us; I just removed this from the private research area.

Link to Lera & Associates, the structural engineers:

http://lera.com/projects/1970-1979/wtc.htm

Link to great site (in Spanish) showing the construction of the towers:
(look 2/3 of the way down the page)

How I found it ....

• Knew I had seen the photo on another forum recently. Searched around the forum and finally found it. Dead end. No info.

• Uploaded Phil's photo to tineye.com
• 44 images found. First image was from forum.physorg.com

• Downloaded that photo. EXIF data showed 2006, but in the comment section was: "www.lera.co". I figured that it was "www.lera.com".

• Logged onto www.lera.com, searched their web site and found the photo.

• Tineye.com also found the website about the history of the construction -- the second hit.

I played around with tineye.com the other day, and this was my first real try. I was amazed at the results. Great job TinEye
