Re: The "JFK-MURDER" was a STAGED EVENT / JFK wasn't "KILLED" on 11/22/63!

The Revelation: November 9, 2012? The 1965 NY Power Blackout. Joan Crawford (1)

Actress Joan Crawford starred in the pilot version of Night Gallery, episode "Eyes" which was aired on November 8, 1969.

Quote:
The series was introduced with a pilot TV movie that aired on November 8, 1969, and featured the directorial debut of Steven Spielberg, as well as one of the last acting performances by Joan Crawford. Originally, Bette Davis was set to star in the segment, but she felt her work was not important to a young director
This particular day was chosen as a tribute to Dorothy Kilgallen:

The complete pilot of "Night Gallery" is also available at Youtube, but this series were uploaded on September 11, 2010...

And this particular upload from 9/11/2010 yields another intriguing timing clue in part 2 later on:

Actress Joan Crawford is one of those persons featured in this thread who could easily be featured in a seperate thread about herself only. So much material on her about her long career, the roles she played etc. etc.

However, in this post the focus is one particular aspect of her life: Joan Crawford just happened to be on the right place on the right time during some key events involving JFK and Kilgallen. Suspiciously well timed, in fact...

First of all, remember from this post?

...Black suit, white dress and red pillbox hat. Nigredo, Albedo, Rubedo...

Actress Joan Crawford met John Kennedy in Dallas on November 22, 1963

Quote:
1963, the evening before JFK's assassination, Joan attended a Pepsi function in Dallas with Richard Nixon. There they plotted how to get Pepsi's sugar cane fields in Cuba back from Castro. Joan also met with JFK (not their first meeting) in Dallas just before he was shot. She teased him about having security, saying she didn't have any in her Pepsi travels. She soon felt very bad about that.
In addition to that, there are some very weird timing issues regarding Joan Crawford and November 8, 1965, the day that Dorothy Kilgallen was found dead in one of the bedrooms of her house in Manhattan.

Joan Crawford and Dorothy Kilgallen had appeared in an episode of "To tell the Truth" which was recorded on November 2, 1965, but it was aired in the afternoon of November 8, 1965, only a few hours after the first reports about Kilgallen's death:

Quote:
Dorothy Kilgallen and Arlene Francis appeared on the November 8, 1965 edition of the CBS daytime series pretending to be Joan Crawford. At the time this was a relatively new gimmick on the show involving a guest celebrity. The three women appeared wearing black veils over their faces, and their voices were distorted by technicians. The panel had to determine who was the real Joan Crawford. This broadcast was videotaped six days earlier, on November 2. Kilgallen was found dead at home several hours before it was scheduled for airing. CBS still showed it, but the network assigned newscaster Douglas Edwards to announce her death immediately after the closing credits rolled. A short time thereafter CBS officials wiped the videotape, which they did to all daytime telecasts in 1965. No recording of it exists
In addition to that, Joan Crawford happened to have a lunch appointment with Dorothy Kilgallen on this very day as well, November 8, 1965:

Read Dorothy Kilgallen's book by Lee Isreal.
Oswald's father was involved with the mob and the son was set up to take the fall for the killing. Ruby was paid to silence Oswald.
Dorothy was the only reporter to be granted a 30 min interview with Ruby by the judge. After the interview she was able to link Oswald, Ruby and a Topless Bar owner together. They all knew each other. After the interview she flew back to NYC and took her seat as panel member on What's My Line? After the show she took her usual table at PJ Clarke's and was dropped off at home by 2:30AM
She bragged to friends that she had information that would blow the Kennedy Case wide open.
Her story never made it to press as she was found dead in her townhouse the next morning when her hairdresser arrived. He found her propped up in a bedroom she never slept in with her clothes on and her fake eyelashes and with a book opened in her arms that the hairdresser said she had told him weeks ago that she had finished. He said Dorothy would never fall asleep with her clothes on and her fake eyelashes on and was not the type to look back at a book she had already read. Joan Crawford arrived at her East 68th street townhouse for a scheduled lunch around 12:30 to see the police and ambulance outside.

Dorothy had made copies of her interview file and given the file to long time friend Florence Prittchett who lived on 5th Avenue. Florence was having an affair with Kennedy. Kennedy had sent her husband to Cuba to be the ambassador there so he would be out of the way. Florence was found dead in her apartment 2 days after Dorothy and the files were never found.

Oddly enough the night after Dorothy was found dead in her townhouse we had the 1965 NYC Blackout.
Joan Crawford standing on her balcony with a drink in her hand looking out at the blacked out city said to friends ..........What a glorious Tribute to Dorothy.
Joan Crawford just happened to be linked with the death of Kilgallen by means of these timing issues. This timing link was increased the next day, November 9, 1965: during the NY Power Blackout. For then Crawford referred to the Blackout as a tribute to Kilgallen. Similar to what happened in Las Vegas on such days:

Quote:
THE 1965 NYC BLACKOUT: In two days, on November 9, 1965, New York City will be plunged into a blackout. On the next week's episode, Bennett Cerf mentions the blackout during questioning. The "Northeast Blackout of 1965" was a significant disruption in the supply of electricity on November 9, 1965, affecting Ontario, Canada and the U.S. states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New York and New Jersey. Approximately 25 million people (covering 80,000 square miles) were plunged into darkness and left without electricity for up to twelve hours. The cause of the failure originated at a power-generating station in Ontario. Often, when a notable actor or actress passes away, the lights of Broadway are dimmed for a minute. In addition, when a notable stage entertainer dies, the lights of The Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada are likewise dimmed for a minute. Fans of Dorothy Kilgallen like to think that the enormous blackout was a similar salute to her life and career. She passed away on November 8, 1965. - Suzanne (2004)
The basic source of this tribute to Dorothy given by Joan Crawford is Lee Israel's 1979 book "Kilgallen." (p. 409)

Quote:
On Tuesday, November 9, the lights went out up and down the eastern seaboard.
Joan Crawford, under the influence of grief and spirits, stared out her window and was heard to exclaim, "What a wonderful tribute to Dorothy!"

(...Lee Israel: black and white and red....)

Lee Isreal mentions Marlin Swing as her source for this quote.

These timing related coincidences between Joan Crawford and Dorothy Kilgallen are confirmed in this forum post:

It was also on this day in 1965 that newspaper columnist and What's My Line? panelist Dorothy Kilgallen was found dead in her apartment in New York, only a few hours after a WML? episode. In a macabre irony, on this afternoon in 1965, an episode of the daytime To Tell the Truth aired where she and fellow WML? panelist Arlene Francis were impostors passing themselves off as Joan Crawford (yes, the same Joan Crawford who was in the Night Gallery TV-movie/pilot that aired exactly four years to the day after Miss Kilgallen died). After the airing of this episode (which, sadly, no longer exists), the regular five-minute news update was broadcast where Dorothy's death was mentioned.

I will now leave it at that.

And the other irony in New York--the following day (Nov. 9, 1965) was the Northeast Blackout.
Thus, quite a lot of timing related coincidences(?) in between Joan Crawford, the reported death of JFK (11/22/63) and the reported death of Kilgallen (11/8/65). Then, this very same actress Joan Crawford links Kilgallen's death with the NY Power Blackout ànd she was the star of the Night Gallery episode "Eyes" in which the main theme just happened to be the Blackout...

One name is just simply ignored in connection with this NY Power Blackout event: Florence Pritchett.

And that's weird, for she passed away on this very day only about 8 hours before the blackout started in New York.
With these "timing issues" in mind, it becomes fascinating to have a very good look at this particular "Night Gallery" episode, featuring Joan Crawford.

How did they deal with this "Power Blackout" event? Why was this particular series uploaded on 9/11/2010?
