I suppose I could buy a small style green house, the thing is I am not that great at keeping plants and seed's lol, but should give it a try.
Ha, my wife has a brown thumb too. Everything green that she touches ends up dying.

What about packet seeds? Can you get them in the UK?
I plan to get a large polycarbonate/aluminium greeny.

LOL I have managed to still keep alive a spider plant and aloe vera plant inside the house without killing the off. Every time I buy plants for our garden my husband says " Ah you are buying more plants to bring them home & kill them " :ROFLMAO: . Yes the packet seeds here are quite cheap, I bought some little paper pots a few weeks ago, so may try popping some seeds in them and just spraying them rather than drowning them to death haha.

Ah how many plants do you reckon you can grow in the ones you mentioned?

From memory, 4.5m long, 2.7m wide and 2.5m high. It depends on what you grow as different plants require 'X' amount of room for them to be happy, and healthy and provide their goodness.
My seed collection so far,
beans, corn, carrot, lettuce, cucumber, radish, broccoli, chilli, parsnip, spring onion, kale, tomatoes, cabbage, rock melon, beetroot, basil, parsley, zucchini, eggplant, daikon, cauliflower, apple, & mandarine seeds. We already have lemon & grapefruit growing.
Garlic and onions are next.

Ah nice one, You got a fair bit there for starters. I bought some compost bags that are materiel and have a view flap which are ideal for growing potatoes & carrots which I am growing my potatoes in, I have a small pot of wild garlic growing and some herbs. Think I may invest in some more of the compost bags.
