That started as a group in 2005 after the Government scientists in charge of the investigation and SOLE authors of the 'hypothesized' official stories of collapse, REFUSED to support any and everything they pushed AS the truth.
The NIST investigation found the little localized damage, the fires present, and GRAVITY did not cause what we witness.
The Government people in charge, and SOLE authors of the OS, IGNORE what their investigation determined, to hypothesize a collapse in the opposite direction to what was discovered, with SOMEONE ELSE not initially involved with the NIST investigation, with a hypothesis pushing NEW PHYSICS from gravity.
That they get a GAG ORDER from President Bush so no one can drag them into ANY courtroom or scientific inquiry where someone might find out they LIED.
i.e. the 2008 claim from those NIST leaders of a new physics from an known issue EVERY Engineer must incorporate into every design they do. Thermal Expansion.
oh, but this is not just simple low temp expanding/contracting...no, they claim this NEW form of it completely removed load bearing capabilities whether there is fire in the area or not...VERY SPECIAL LTTE.

But they changed it up a little for the final report, due to all the flack they were getting...to a 'three-phase-O-collapse' of column #79.

a column 79 NOT ONE OF THEM EXAMINED.
NCSTAR1-3 p.iii, 7.7.3..."no steel was recovered from WTC7"
NCSTAR1-3 7.7.2 "because no steel was recovered from WTC7, it is not possible to make any statements about it's quality"
The structural community demanded they support and prove their assertion...
They refuse, thanks to this GAG ORDER...

"(d) Protect intelligence and intelligence sources, methods, and activities from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with guidance from the Director"
The NIST Director uses to withhold the NEW PHYSICS evidence for the collapse for WTC7...
On July 9 2009 the Director of NIST determined that release of the withheld information might' jeopardize public safety. Therefore, these records are being withheld.
"NIST is withholding 71,246 files. These records are currently exempt from disclosure. All input and results files of the ANSYS 16 story and the LS-DYNA 47-story global collapse model that were used to simulate sequential structural failures leading to collapse."
and the NEW PHYSICS of the EXPLOSIVE GRAVITY that only ever occurred on that one single day in human history...
