I've been making a drink the whole family has been taking for the past 4 years. It contains turmeric and buckets load more yummy goodness.
Maybe we could start a thread on juicing sharing recipes? As I have been recently making my own fruit smoothies with fresh fruits, oats and almond milk.

Here is my current recipe. I did a lot of research into every product, the purpose/use/properties.

The quantities are dependent on how much you plan on making. I will give a broad outline of the amount I use in mine.

Olive oil 1/2 cup
Cod liver oil 1/4 cup
Coconut oil 1/4 cup
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Pepitas (pumpkin seeds, 1 1/2 handful)
Flax seeds
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds (all about half a handful)
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger (fresh) about the size of your thumb
Strawbs
Mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries)
Kiwi fruit or mandarine for or both, Vit C
Pineapple
Apple
Honey
Kale ( small amount) Vit K
Baby spinach
Turmeric
Dates (pitted, obviously)
Black pepper, to activate the turmeric
I use vanilla soy for more liquid. This all goes into the blender.

I make and drink this every second day. Weekends are not included.
Sometimes I'll have this drink and I can go past midday without having a meal.

Bon appetite

I am very well aware of this fruit. I was doing research for my mum 4 years ago. Do you think this fruit is readily available? Rocking horse shit.
Also, known as soursop or Brazilian paw paw.
I don't know how ready available it is to be honest with you Vel, I will try looking in some continental shops near me to see if it is available. I wonder though if you can get it in a supplement form like Vitamin B17? they sell Vitamin B17 in a capsule available on e-bay. I will have to have a look.
