the silver van pulls up to the helipad, someone gets out, opens the side door of the van and places a fairly good sized piece of AA plane wreckage, with the AA logo clearly on the plane part and places it against the wall of the helipad,
That van was parked there from before the explosion.
It is the van that firefighter Alan Wallace ran to and rolled under when he saw the plane coming towards him.
In fact, on the Gatecam video, zooming in, squinting hard, you can just about pick this up as it happened.
The first amateur video of the northern end of the Pentagon shows this van there in the first few minutes, after the camera operator rounded the northwest corner from North Parking.
The plane debris on the lawn and helipad is also shown to have been there from the beginning.

This was 9:41:15 a.m., 3½ minutes after the fireball.
The silver van is parked in its customary spot in front of the fire house.
The infamous "large" piece of plane skin is on the lawn, where it was seen landing on the Gatecam videos.
Newly discovered evidence shows that two construction trailers parked between the wall and helipad, south of the Heliport, were blown apart simultaneously with the fireball, scattering their component cladding and roofing sheets forward onto Sean Boger's car, the chainlink fence, and up onto the roofs.

Aerial photos of the construction trailers parked in front of the Pentagon, a few days prior to 9/11.
The silver van is seen parked in front of the fire house.

This is a section of industrial metal flooring as used in truck trays and construction trailers, along with other metal sheets blown forwards into the chainlink fence.

This explosion would have been the cause of the diagonal facade damage, allegedly due to the left banking plane wing.
However, many witnesses stated that the plane was banking right after coming over the Navy Annex.
Witnesses who claimed the plane's left wing "hit the ground first," would have been close enough to be fooled by the illusion created by the exploding trailers.
These trailers would have been the source of the jettisoned plane debris.

"Confetti" of metal fragments littered the helipad.
On the Gatecams, the fireball is mostly hidden behind the fire house and Heliport Tower.
But so are the construction trailers.

The firehouse, Heliport tower and silver van are silhouetted by the explosions of the construction trailers and Pentagon.
This ground level explosion, with intact 9 foot sheets of metal roofing being blown forwards, up and over the Pentagon, no doubt explains the numerous anomalous testimonies from people who claimed that the jet hit the helipad then "bounced up" or that "the wings broke off and flew forward and up", etc.
then drives off, presumably to salt other areas of the Pentagon lawn with fake plane parts.as well.
The FBI called in hundreds of agents, and set them to work collecting plane debris.
They placed the largest pieces against the Heliport but there really was very little of any size.
The lawn had to be cleared ASAP to allow heavy machinery in. So they had lines of agents walking across the lawn, looking for the tiniest fragments.
Before the machinery could be allowed onto it, the site had to be covered in truckloads of gravel as the ground was saturated and soft due to all the firefighting activity.
The first few seconds of this video shows plane debris after having been deposited by FBI agents in front of the firehouse wall.
